Minister S getting his first victim to take Patrick's form to roleplay getting tortured forever. If he's anything like lord X I imagine the person playing as Patrick wasn't gifted the ability to breathe underwater just to make the torture much worse.

well lord x and sonic are canonically identical in height (being around 3 foot)
