Never go to hill stations in monsoons . It can be dangerous . However you can consider at very beginning of monsoon or towards ending .

Landslides cannot be predicted. Wherever there are mountains/hills esp w/ scanty vegetation it automatically gets prone to slide during monsoon months. Avoid travelling for the safety of your loved ones and our NDRF boys too.
