It would be a dream come true to own a Billy Lane chopper someday. 😍
Said every 23 year old 20 years ago.
@@mattiefattie3895 I am a 40 year old and I still say this, is there a problem with it????
@@navinbabji who said I had a problem with it? Simply stated a fact. Everyone wanted one of those 20 years ago including me. Not sure how you inferred a "problem"
@@mattiefattie3895 Because these days there are these mother trucking gen z trollers everywhere on RUclips and they just want to start a fight with strangers for their own pleasure and time pass. So I thought you were one of them. 🤷
The good thing is lots of people still do want one.
A million thumbs up Billy
I really like the channel. The build off days were great but it's really nice to see you work and explain what you're doing at something a little less than warp speed. I just watched you install Hell Bent pipes today and watched you repair the knucklehead carnage yesterday. AWESOME !!!!!!!!
Billy is the man! I hav learned so much from your videos, thanks brother!
It's wonderful to hear you're enjoying the 50-Ton Strongway Hydraulic Shop Press, Billy! Thanks for documenting your experience, sharing which features you like most about it, and taking us along while you work.
So awesome to hear your back in Florida!!
As a fabricator with a bad back I can truly appreciate the design of this press. I can also appreciate your attention to the details that no one will ever see but you still take the time to create a better product or in this case a real work of art. You are a true master Billy! Keep on keeping on brother 🤘🤞
a true craftsman.always love watching billy work.great videos brother
I love that foot pedal idea.
That nice a good set of dies and an amazing 50-ton press . It's not as nice as the hubless. It's a sweet heart .
I like the way you do business. Choppers Inc has the best logo in the custom motorcycle industry.
Man, I remember seeing that hub-less rear wheel for the first time long ago.. wanted one ever since. 🍺
The most amazing part of this is that giant ass block of aluminum in the press. As someone who usually is looking for random blocks of metal, wood, brake rotors, sockets and random crap to set up a pressing operation...... this looks so much nicer.
Thanks Billy!
I got a 20 ton hand pump press, gets the job done but that hydraulic 50 ton is the 🐈 meow!
Dam it man, you create some of the coolest bikes ever. You are a great artist
I'm always left sitting in pure amazement at the things you know, like who would have known that an aluminum tank flexes so a panel needs to be inserted to give it stability from vibrations and then who knew about dimple making tools! That's why watching your videos is not only a study in great engineering, but pure creativity! Thank you for patiently explaining what and how you do things, you are such an inspiring person, and super videographer! Thanks
Awesome video
Nice to see it work without inducing any warping,! ... thanks, for your shared expertise
Hi 👋, Billy , thank you for sharing your skills and talent, it was a bit depressing though, 😂 Holly Shit 50 TONS that will crush some nuts, 😂
Ride Safe, , Phil from the moulin France,
SWEET !! NICE JOB BILLY !!
Nothing like using a 50 ton press to do work on sheet metal
Awesome job!
Go Rock A Billy
I love watching and learning how you do these things man. It’s so interesting! Thanks for sharing !
Billy is the type of guy I want to have coffee with. We will end up working on something real quick.
That sounds super gay dude.
Hopefully you see this comment! It would be cool to see an up close of you tig welding. Or maybe some tig welding tips for frame work.
Ive been following all your stuff since biker build off days when i was like 15 years old and now im grown i mig weld for a living. Bought a tig welder and am trying to teach myself. I wanna rake out my beach cruiser for my first Tig project
I’m working on some tig videos. It’s difficult to film through the welding lens, but I’m working through it. Learning to weld is a gift you can give yourself that will deliver rewards for the rest of your life.
@@BillyLaneChoppers damn thanks for the reply that's crazy! Good point I didn't think about that definitely hard to film. Cool shit tho! Hell ya welding has changed my life already in 1 year.
He Billy can wick in my bike
My son has a custom forging press and the foot pedal is a must.
i have a 20ton love it use it all the time
Stands the test of time.
Beautiful craftsmanship billy love your work !
The right tools makes working so much easier.
Thank you .
Man, I really enjoy spending my relax time viewing your content.
Never rode had good friends that did would love to but now at 65 it’s not time
😎Keep'em comin Billy. 🤔Its everyday shiz to you, but for some of us its a history lesson & then some💓🙈🙉🙊
Those engraving looks so sick....I remember like it was yesterday you doing your second hubless bike on Discovery Channel..I think it was your second..
Many styling ques on Billy's bike I remember from the build off but I see one on the red bike I don't remember. Love the gas tank hung under the back bone
Our aircraft have those lightning holes all through different parts of the frame pieces
I always learn something….thanks Billy.
Thanks for showing us all this
Wow back in FL??
Bad Ass 🤘
Awesome
Very Nice man.. you learn something know everyday!! I know I learned something.. keep the videos coming brother... ride on
You need a full time camera guy (ghost) just to follow you through a full build.
Siiiiick!! 🔥
True master
I just use charlie butterfields lol that old make has it all
Great job 👍👍
BILLY YOUR A MECHANICAL GENIUS ‼️ YOU DO BEAUTIFUL WORK AND WOULD LOVE TO CHECK YOU OUT SOMEDAY ❓IM 72 , STILL RIDING ON 2 WHEELS ‼️
W / R
Good video.
Billy is the freaking man. Another great video brother. You take care and stay safe. Billy how do I get one of those Chopper Inc. stickers?
I seen your bikes in Canada a guy owns a few very nice.
Grrreat
👍✌️
mr wizard
Press…. I still have an old one from 90’s… wish I had a winch attachment…
The winch is a nice addition. I don’t mind lifting heavy objects, but it really requires more than two hands to lift this press table & slide the pins in. The winch is my third hand.
Billy!! Why did u leave Tennessee??
I saw someone riding the blue bike on west eau gallie rd the other day??
50 ton air over Hydraluic and forge shyt get a gas forge less you already Have one .
I have a gas forge, and 100 year old Century power hammer.
@@BillyLaneChoppers what Kind of power Hammer ? 50 lb Little Giant ? ThankYou For Your Reply Billy .
When making replacement parts for Aircraft , Aluminum is often used as a lower grade and then Heat treated and quenched to bring it to a higher grade of strength . I dont know if you would also do this method unless your looking at making an Aluminum fender at T3 sheet and heat treat to T6 grade . Its just a thought to ask if you have done this as well?
When you move out of that shop I'll take the press off your hands--if you deliver it!!
That’s press looks like it can do work. Looking at your hubless bike, is that the oil filter between the belt? If so how do you do oil changes without getting oil on the belt? Just wondering thanks for posting videos man.
What's the motor at RPM wise at 80mph on the hubless bike? That GIANT wheel sprocket must need a tiny trans sprocket.
Thats a chunk of aluminum your using on the press 😳😳
Fuckin rad 🔥💯👏🏻
Mr.Lane , any idea of the whereabouts of the chopper you built against Dave Perowitz
It is in Miami, from what I’m told
@@BillyLaneChoppers 👍🏻
Nice press, but pretty pricey, Grizzly has the same basic press, for less than half of the cost
Wait why did Billy move back to FL?
@BillyLaneChoppers Why did you move out of TN?
My wife moved, I chose to go with her. I didn’t want to leave. We are moving back to Tennessee this summer
@@BillyLaneChoppers Would love to come to your shop when you move back to TN, I have a motorcycle that might blow your mind....
another great video, you always learn something watching your Videos. You should do more of these videos and make then longer. just Beautiful one of a kind fabrication great craftsmanship.
