    This is about question no. 1.93,. I think if heater length sort then R is also decrease. As R is decrease current will increase same percent becoz I = v/R ( v is constant so I inversely proportional to R). Temperature = I^RT. Let T = 1 second, R half then I will double. Now final temperature will be double comparing it generating before. Plz reply on it

    Correct Answer for Q-70 is B. (I^2)×R loss depends on resistance as well as current through it. Current will dominate in this case.

      Resistance of a material will always decreases if no of free electrons available become more. Just thik about insulators, they hv minimum no of free e, so maximum resistance. That's why they can insulate electric conductors. Semiconductor hv comparatively more e & hence can conduct more current than insulators. Conductors hv maximum no of free e, so can conduct max current. More e, more current conduction i.e more conductance so less resistance.
      Option a & b is can't be true, bcoz in case of +ve temp co-efficient materials, temp is directly proportional to resistance. Bt in -ve temp co-efficient materials, temp is inversely proportional to resistance.
