I would definitely describe this challenge as painful! My first round I had the bad luck to get a Wraith that teleported to me and touched a door near the entrance. I spent nearly 30 minutes in that room before I finally went looking and found it's room upstairs. After that mess I got a banshee, then a goryo that didn't want to show dots for 30 minutes. At least I did it, but it felt like punishment.
I feel your pain, I had phantom, phantom, banshee. It was impossible to find the right room. And on the banshee it literally followed us around the top floor. We never did find the orbs.
We couldn't figure it out at first, so we took this challenge to Tanglewood where be easier to find the room on a really small mattress so we could explore the settings. We figured out that it was extremely high interaction with no sanity drain. From there, we didn't even use the flashlights, we just we ran around with an EMF detector and stuffed are other slots with evidence items. The game's only took about 20 minutes and we ended up getting a yokai, the Twins, and a myling.
Definitely one of the slower challenges, I’ve nicknamed it “Realistic ghost hunting.” I got a Hantu two times in a row, and then a shade for my final one.
Yeah before I had the ghost rooms nailed down I was checking with the video camera for ghost orbs as I went by those just in case it was going to choose one of those rooms.
8:53 I don't know if it is intended but I can confirm when an Obake used their ability to shorten the fingerprint time, the fingerprint will not fade out but instead instantly disappear. If you time it too, you will find fingerprints without ability used will fade out normally even if it is an Obake. It is consistent and can be used as a tell at the moment
i wonder if they can create a ‘Truck Dweller’challenge, where you have some time to find the ghost room, set up equipment, etc. But then after the timer you have to stay inside the truck and just observe.
@@kabatovec007 The activity jumped from 2 to 7 in the same second, a difference of 5. If it was caused by a single EMF source, it could only be an EMF5, which will be shown as an increase on the board with a variation of 3~5. Beware that when the ghost did multiple things at the same moment, like a ghost event or using particular ghost abilities, the wave could look the same. Since nobody was inside the building and ghosts with related abilities were not on the list, it was very likely to be an EMF5.
I had a Jinn, Shade, and a Demon that might as well have been a Shade. The Shade was somehow the easiest to find. I used sound sensors on the Demon as it refused to interact with a door or phone, but between the limited range and having to run back to the truck to check readings on single player, it's still more hassle that it's worth. I'm really hoping the update makes them more usable. I want to like them!
I always like to use sound sensors on bigger maps because it shows me when the ghost has moved if it moves, it also allows me to learn the name of each room
This challenge surprisingly went smoothly for me. I got two Yurei and one incredibly friendly bathroom Demon. I went in with sound sensors, which I have never used, and they somewhat helped narrow down the region of the school the ghost was in. There were multiple instances where sound sensors far from the ghost would give false readings. I used mostly my ears and the sound sensor readings that were consistent
I mostly use Sound Sensors to do the following: 1 - compensate for my poor spatial awareness, I literally have trouble telling which direction sounds are supposed to be coming from on these games. 2 - monitor EMF... which I know can be done with the activity board, but if I'm playing without the board, the reaction of an EMF reader maxing out the sound sensor is both fun and something that stays available.
This challenge was so chill that me and my friend played the rest of big maps in challenge mode just to have fun. We also were curious if we were just lucky or ghosts weren't too shy, because every time ghost room was relatively near the entrance, and ghosts gave themselves away almost instantly. Seeing your first run it was definitely luck :D
Day 25 of Posting: Challenge Idea: Slow-Poke Meadows: Custom Settings: Evidence Items, Candle, Lighter Only, Smudge Sticks. (No Flashlights) Player and Ghost speed set to 50%. No Sanity Pills/Sanity. No Cursed Possessions. Nightmare Mode Everything else. Additional Flavor: Background noise of Haunted House, etc. Epilogue; Do you dare to explore the world of Sunny Meadows, or does this frightful attraction scare you enough to turn your back on it and flee? As you enter Sunny Meadows you feel drained of your mobility and mental fortitude, either by the knowledge that not everything is what it seems... or just being scared. Conquer this challenge and you'll be rewarded, if you come out alive! (Evil Laughter) PS: Keep doing content. I need it
9:00 That was the Obake ability. Fingerprints do not disappear that fast anymore except when Obake uses its ability. Also, the fingerprints disappeared after 76 seconds, which is not one of the options for the fingerprint setting.
I really like this weekly because it feels like just a proper investigating game, like, we are investigating the ghost, we are seeking the ghost out, not the ghost seeking us aka hunts. If u go on 'Challenge Mode' on lobby and hover ur mouse over to the 'Reward 1X' and it will show up 'Friendly Ghost ON' so u would never get a hunt anyway so like u said, it's a relaxing investigative game, kinda like Conrad Stevenson PPI, it's slow and steady. I had also very inactive Obake in classroom upstairs middle of hallway, even MORE INACTIVE Jinn in locker room next to the gym, and then MORE active Demon in the last classroom on the right downstairs hallway. I may be in the minority that really enjoy the relaxing aspect of this weekly's and not having to worry about ghost hunting and escaping. 99% of the times we play Phasmo, we get hunted on and we have to escape, so 1% of the time is this weekly challenge we don't get hunted on so yes u are right, embrace it! :D
I did the challenge with three other friends. We did a trick where three of us would grab all the microphones and place them in a square position around the school to cover the most area possible, while one would stay in the van and keep an eye for any sound. We would move the position of the mics around until we got a sound notification.
I had a very nice and easy time with this challenge. I got twins in the room next to the entrance, found the ghost room immediately, and was out in less than 10 minutes. Second ghost was a demon that was a bit harder to find, but still only about 20 minutes total. The last ghost opened the door right in front of me. Easy Mimic-5 minute game. Finishing 3 games in high school in 35 minutes felt really good. And as a newer player, I loved getting the chance to familiarize myself with the map a lot more. And having all 3 ghosts be freezing helped a lot, too.
Go in listening for sounds, EMF and looking for orbs (or spirit box last resort) but this was such a quick and easy challenge so long as you don’t get a wraith. Had a deo, yurei, and a goryo and it took less than 1 hour for all three runs with 2 of us.
No joke one chalange took 20 minutes to find the room then diogen 3 evidence 2 minutes later , another one was a 5 minute speedrun diogen again and the last one took 2 minutes to see twinteraction on the activity monitor .
I spend like 30 minutes finding the ghost room, it did TWO interactions during the intire game, we spend like an hour getting anything before we finally found out it was a god damn SHADE.😂😂😂
A friend and I finished this challenge in about 45 minutes. Once we learned that there was no sanity drain, we just set up the sound sensors to cover half of each floor until we found the room. From there it was easy to just bring everything into the room and get evidence. The most annoying part was the lack of the strong flashlight.
Well when I saw the description on this challenge, I grabbed my friend and we split up, each having half the map to see where is the ghost room, seemed like Wraith, Demon, Jinn were the trend for us. What I liked was how safe I felt knowing my sanity wouldn't drain, plus we didn't get any ghost events during any of our 6 runs of this!
I got an Onryo, a super easy Twins and then a Goryo. The Onryo and Goryo were in doorless rooms!!! So they were both wandering around for half an hour until the ghost threw something inside the room when I was nearby and I eventually managed to find them. The challenge wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be but it certainly is much more of a patience one than a skill one.
i love that you said "imagine your first run on this is a moroi" because mine was!! and i was sooo confused as to why my sanity was not draining after getting spirit box response, and i convinced myself maybe i just didn't know the moroi as well as i thought i did LOL but i got it right in the end anyway!
It went good for me, I just walked around eventually finding the ghost with the only door being open, the first 2 games were a raiju then the last one I had a yokai I think, could be wrong, overall did not really any trouble with the challenge. Edit: now I believe it was a wraith
Yep this challenge felt a little nostalgic. We got 2 Wraiths and a Myling. I always want Sound Sensors to be better than they are, and Highschool is a decent map to throw them down on, but the fact is that with only 4 sensors (and the ability to only carry 3!) and their small coverage vs the size of the map, you're still more likely to find the ghost room via hearing it interact or finding an open door first. I did use some sensors but they were not useful. None of our ghosts revealed themselves super quickly, and for one, I put a sound sensor in the gym and lecture hall, but then we found the ghost in a classroom. All 3 ghosts were in classrooms. I kind of wanted one to be in the lecture hall or gym, honestly.
I thought last weeks challenge was the "Pure Pain" challenge, like walking in and stubbing your toe on a piece of furniture. Last week kicked me in the groin repeatedly.
First ghost I gotten for this challenge was a wraith in the gym and took around 40 minutes. Second was the twins in one of the classroom. And lastly, Moroi on one of the classroom too. Also tried using sound sensors and it doesn't pick up anything in ghost room.
We played it yesterday and did not saw the doors thing. BUT the first one we found bc of light in a classroom added by a phonecall. The second one was just luck! My teammate saw freezing and the last one was a bathroom ghost, that started some dirty water :D I think we needed about one hour for all the challenge rounds. (We mixed it with normal pro rounds). I were very unsure of this challenge, but in the end it was fun! Thanks for the video Insym :>
I did this last night with 1 friend and we got the whole challenge done in about 20 minutes! The last one took the longest as the ghost refused to do anything but ring a phone at the start of the map and so we then just had to go hunting as it was that far away you couldn't quite tell where it was! Shade, Yurei, Goryo.
I helped three noobies through this one and found it to be a real good feet wetting challenge. You get used to walking around in the dark, you can't be hunted, and at the end you get bumped 30 levels.
My first attempt at this challenge I spent nearly an hour wandering around, desperately looking for an open door, listening for anything at all. And nothing. I even placed sound sensors and got readings in both upstairs left corridor and right corridor, which only added to my confusion and frustration. I finally gave up and left a broken man, the ghost ended up being a phantom. Then later that day I tried again and within a few minutes my emf went off randomly in the hallway, I took a picture of the floor under me for an interaction, and left with a correct wraith guess. Doing the entire challenge then took half the time I spent looking for the first ghost.
yesterday we spend an 1hr and like 15 minutes trying to find a ghost, getting confused by the sound sensor readings and eventually resort to desperate measures, such as placing the dots and a book in a room and observing for a while. The ghost did absolutely jack- poo. Nothing. We were just on the brink of circling 'shade' and leaving, when we decided to check the main lobby, as there was suspicious basketball there, which we didn't remember if it had been there or not. Then we got freezing confirmed by the breath and emf lv 5. We were with that absolutely convinced about the shade, but then the luckiest coincadink happened - one of us, who was observing the activity monitor suddenly excitedly screamed - "one of yours sanity just dropped to 70!" And we were like - wtf? but one of us remembered, that is the Jinn ability. We then heard the door touch in the library and confirmed fingies. That was kinda fun, kinda boring round - we searched for more than an hour and when found the ghost room, resolved the ghost in 5 minutes (though mostly by luck). The ghost did the grand total of 7 interactions and 1 door touch, used ability once and roamed for... 5 seconds 😂
I used the sound sensors to sweep the school and check for the ghost room. I didn’t have a lot of luck with the door being open. That turned out to work decently well as it gave me a manageable area to check for the ghost room. Takes awhile though
Maybe it's because I constantly watch you, but personally, the quick action-packed matches get boring when they're constant. I think the slow, longer, low action pace is fun to mix it up. Plus, it feels more like what I imagine ghost hunting is actually like.
To be honest, I think to make good use of the sound sensors in big maps would be if they made a % range on the sounds being captured. So instead of a meter-radius, make it 15-20% size of the map layout. It would be nerfed on small maps but has a better outcome on big maps.
First one took me forever, the Goryo didnt wanna give dots even from outside of the room.. Saw it in the truck finally. The other two were gentle. Sounds sensors seemed fine but later on i found the rooms easily
Played with my friend yesterday and we got a Yokai in our second game. It was in an upstairs classroom near the back, so it couldn't hear us talking to it, and it never opened the door. We pulled out the sound sensors but only the ones on the bottom floor ever registered anything and it was in the complete opposite side of the ghost room, which completely threw us off. We only found it because I started opening doors to look for any lights. Took 48 minutes. The other two we got were super quick and relatively painless - one opened a door and the other teleported to me.
I spent 40 minutes setting up sound sensors on the first floor and staring at the screen in the van, trying to figure out how the ghost could be roaming enough to give me hits on every mic on all four corners of the map. Turns out they were all false positives because when I went upstairs on a whim I heard like 7 sinks running with dirty water. I didn't even know the sound sensors could GIVE false positives so I was so confused for so long.
My first ghost was an Obake. In the same room. Refused to touch anything ever, and kept moving between the two rooms, every couple of minutes. Matter of fact, I got 2 Obake's in this challenge, but the other two hunts were no where near as annoying as the first
First time I played this with my friend it took us 30 minutes to explore all the rooms, just for it to be a spirit in the upstairs bathroom. We only found it because the sink was running. We later played again with three people and spent even longer trying to find the ghost room, the only clue was a phone ringing across the map because it was a shade.
First was a moroi and it never drained anyone’s sanity honestly thought it was a shade for the longest time, second a thaye in and out in like 4minutes last a banshee in about 2 minutes just gave all evidence within finding the ghost room
Hubby and I did this challenge as soon as it came out. Lots of people seem dissatisfied with this challenge but I think the occasional calm challenge is nice. Edit: Hubby likes sound sensors, so yes he used them.
The only good thing about this mode when we played it was that: the ghost ALWAYS had a Freezing Temperature (for us) and that is ONLY WHEN we spent like twice or thrice rounding up the whole school because we ain't got no Thermometer! 😂😂
I had a crazy active Shade recently in a 0 evidence run. Starting at 80% sanity, it started spamming with ghost events. Eventually it successfully hit me with so many that I could tell I probably dropped below 50% sanity. I was camping in the Tanglewood living room (the ghost room was the front bathroom), and as I ran pass the ghost room, it closed the door in my face and did another ghost event. I had to take pills, come back in, and it kept spamming ghost events until it got me down to 45% sanity. At this point, I just stayed far from the ghost room to avoid ghost events while I was holding a candle. After a long time, I realized it wasn't hunting. I took a few steps towards the ghost room and it hit me with an airball, so I thought I might as well let it hunt. When it became obvious that it wasn't a Deogen, I just left with Shade despite the ghost event spam, and it was in fact a Shade. I hope to see you face a Shade like that someday.
We used sound sensors and they were actually our saving grace two of the 3 times. Our first ghost was a moroi and we got spirit box response, so we went back to the truck to check sanity and take a pill. Not even the moroi curse will lower your sanity in this challenge. I was surprised.
I had a lot of throws and door touches in all my runs and a couple phone rings too, didn't have any trouble getting this done. Just have to listen and test noises with emf. Evidence was very easy to collect, freezing temps showed up right away. Only had one ghost event total. Overall it was a nice chill stroll through a dark and spoopy school, not having to worry about hunts. The slow speed was the most annoying thing so I didn't bother with the weak flashlight, I just brought 3 evidence tools in 2 trips. I guess if you're having a lot of trouble you could use sound sensors but with how long it takes to place them chances are you'll hear the ghost before placing them all (I had a phone ring when I tried which made them all pointless), maybe if it's in a tricky area you could place the sensors there.
I posted about mine in the discord. This week wasn't terrible but one run had like a 40 minute game trying to figure out a Phantom or Banshee. It just sucked because the ghost made its home at entrance right next to Gym. Both Orbs and Spirit Box were going to be insanely difficult. It ended up being a Banshee and had zero idea of where orbs were
I was doing that with 4 people and when i completed it after 2 hours i was tired af 😂And the worse part is that there wasnt strong flashlight or microphone
First ghost I got was Twins, suffice to say I spent almost 40 minutes going insane would be underselling it. Sound sensors telling me ghosts were all over the place. Finally pinned it down in classroom got the EMF 5 off a ghost event and left. Next ghost was an Obake that was right near the entrance, annoyingly just outside of the reach of my typical sound sensor placement for this, so that took extra. I braced myself for a third mission having already spent an hour, the moment I set foot inside the ghost rings the phone in the office right next to the door. Game took pity on me I thought. Turns out it was Yurei, and while I never got hunted my sanity was sitting at 60% back in the truck, another few minutes inside hunting for dots and I would been caught off guard.
my friends and i actually enjoyed this one, we discovered by accident that sanity doesnt drop so it became a game of "find the shade" It was at least easier than last week's no evidence challenge
I was going to skip this challenge, because I hate Brownstone, but Psycho's video convinced me. First I had an easy Hantu that rang a phone when I was just 10 feet inside the front door and gave me evidence quickly. Last was a Revenant that touched its door right away and I got freezing and orbs as soon as I entered the ghost room. Middle was a Myling that was very shade-like so it took me the longest (but only maybe 15 mins). I was expecting for each round to be 30-40 mins so I was pleasantly surprised I completed it as quickly as I did.
My first go was a banshee. I was having a hard time getting anything since I never actually found its room. I figured out it was a banshee by using salt and watching it walk really far away from the salt pile. The following 2 rounds were very easy. If I heard something distant, I would check the activity chart to make sure I wasn't just hallucinating and I did actually hear something. The 3rd round did dirty water, so I had no trouble finding it.
Was surprisingly easy for me and my friends. The ghost all three times spawned in the bathroom and could not resist pooping in the sink and turning it on in the first minute. Identifying it also was easy since there are so many doors and the bathroom is small. It once even peed in the urinal as emf 5 came straight out of one.
we did this challenge with my friend in like an hour, one game gym, second game library just next to the entrance and third game some random classroom, he wasnt even that quiet, the biggest problem with this challenge was having 100% sanity nonstop
i had a bug in willow street house ONI keeps hunting and ignoring the crucifix. interacted with 200+ items and was 0:00 in its favorite room, statistic was bugged it was funny
I had to turn the brightness up on my own runs as well. Long runs with the cheap flashlight will really strain your eyes (so this challenge can be physically painful as well as mentally, lol). Fortunately I had great luck with ghosts.
Took me and a friend about an hour. With 2 pplz it was easy to just grab all evidence and run in the dark to breaker. First was a little weird/wrong cause I had to afk. Came back 10 later and friend said it was an Onryo. Was a Mimic. Here he "forgot" that orbs can be faked by mimics. (We've played like 300 hrs.) Second was a really straight forward Jinn. Found it by dirt water in a bathroom. Third was a classroom Revenant. This took the longest, about 15 minutes before a phone rang. Writing then took another 10. Fourth and final was a mare. Took it forever to find the orbs because it was floating between two rooms in a wall. you only saw it for a quarter of a sec per room... So yea.
Psycho tried to use sound sensors, but gave up with them, they was even a room covered by the sensor, but the sensor wasn't picking up the noise in the room.
I had on my first run a shade that refused to touch the door. I had to set up 4 sound sensors to cover the two side hallways. I finally got sounds in the right hallway. I checked downstairs and upstairs. Nothing, no sounds, no signs, went back to the truck waited for another sensor hit. It happened on the same side. Checked and luckily this time the shade had turned a lamp on and I finally found the ghost room after 45 mins. The second ghost was a shade as well and it took 30 mins to find. Was relaxing at least the second time I just kept walking around until I heard something.
I played this challenge and after 4 rounds I had finished it. Really helpful to have a full squad of people since everybody can split up to find the ghost room
So, we did this challenge 2 out of 4 times (since once it was without one friend). First we had Myling that was very active and probably changed ghost room. Then we had the worst ghost you could want on that mode - Yurei, a ghost that loves to close the doors when you kinda need open doors to even find it. After like half an hour we managed to find it (it was in the left chem lab behind gym). What I learned from those experiences - Yurei sucks, but I swear it recently got its ability fixed since it was the first time in like 4 months I saw it actually closing the doors. Phones on school also suck (since phone riging can be heard from opposite side of the map, which is dumb and set us many times on wild goose chase). Sound sensors also suck because they are buggy as hell and you need to babysit them, since any value they show might become permanent, even such dumb value as player walking in its range). Oh, and they tend to pick sounds from floors above/below, which is not at all helpful, considering that you use them to pinpoint a ghost location and if it gives you a value from other floors you still don't know where to search for the ghost. I really hope the item rework will make them actually useful and not so chaotic that it's only worth to use them to learn room names/if multiple rooms are just one. Anyway, still can't wait for the other 2 tries, since that challenge seemed fun (and I like school map, I just wish it wasn't considered a medium map, since it's barely smaller than Sunny Meadows and double the size of other mediums). Maybe they'll rework in one day?
2 other ghosts were Goryo that revealed its room instantly (it was just a matter of finding dots evidence, because it didn't wanted to cooperate). And a Moroi, which also revealed itself early and was more cooperative than Goryo (btw. Morois ability doesn't work - I assume it's because if sanity drain is 0 then multiplying it by any ammount still stays 0). Challenge was fun if not for that Yurei (and since it is friendly ghost that means doing other weeklies/dailies like 50 3* photos can be done there on smaller maps without worry of ghost hunting you when you're not prepared)
The one with no evidence last week took my best friend and me all week to not manage, but this one we finished yesterday in like 30 minutes to an hour. All 3 just finished in a row. We did struggle only to find the ghost room and once when it was a shade and wouldnt give us the last evidence, but since it was between a demon and a shade we opted for shade and go it right.
first and second round were easy. Used the sound sensor to locate the side of the school the ghost was in. Used the video camera instead of the shit flashlight. Was in and out those first two rounds within 15 minutes. The third time was hell. After an hour of trying to find the ghost we gave up. Finished it the next day and found that ghost within the first 5 minutes. In my opinion, this one was MUCH easier than having to figure out what ghost it was by talents. I also thought the hide and seek - hide challenge was more difficult than this too. That week couldnt even finish the challenge. Was dead within the first minute of being in the camp.
I've had a rev in the first floor main corridor that didn't give neither orbs nor writing. Orbs - because of the fog (I assume), writing - because it's writing lol. Only freezing temps in the entire corridor. I was sure that corridors cannot be ghost favorite rooms. 30 fkn minutes man...
This challenge was easy for me, phones ringing and doors being touched happened a lot. I was surprised people were having a hard time doing this. Goodluck with your runs though, everyone!
I had a shade in the gym and spent like 20 minutes trying to even find the ghost room till I just gave up. This challenge is so painful that I didn't even do the other 2 runs after that
This challenge wasn't really too bad for me, honestly. I've had a lot of no evidence runs go way worse and take way longer than any of these did. My first ghost was a hantu on the right hand side of the first floor. I found it as soon as I started looking over there, because it was kind enough to open the door and turn the desk light on for me. It ended up being pretty easy from there. I'd brought the UV light with me, so I was able to get the freezing and fingerprints instantly, and the orbs were really obvious, so I just had to make sure it wasn't a mimic and was gtg. I had a thaye for my second one, which ended up being way easier than you might think, since it was in the room with the breaker upstairs. So, I turned on the light to the room, turned on the breaker, and noticed a bunch of spray paint cans on the floor. Surprisingly, it ended up giving both DOTS and writing really quickly once I put them in the room, I guess because it didn't really have time to age. The last one was kinda tricky. It ended up being really active in all three of the rooms across from the 2nd floor restrooms on the left hand side, so I wasn't really sure where to put the evidence items. I was down to DOTS or writing, and I couldn't get it to do either. It had thrown quite a bit of stuff, so I was about to put it down as a Polter and leave, but luckily it FINALLY did DOTS just as I was turning to leave😆.
sseing your pain, make me really happy to needed 4 rounds and the 3 counting was with the ghost in the first couple rooms left site. But somehow it was fun
I hated my attempt with burning passion. I spent over an hour, in the end it turned out to be a Thaye. A Thaye that never wrote in any of the two books I placed, and even tossed one of them. I thought that if the ghost tosses a book it meant it's not a writing kind of ghost.
1st game: Random EMF 5 while searching for ghost room; guessed Wraith and left 2nd game : Searched 20 + mins.. nothing happened no doors opened; guessed Shade and left 3rd game: Ghost kept wandering to me opening doors leaving fingerprints all over the 1st floor: guessed Banshee and left
this weekly challenge def was painful. I normally have atleast a duo to do the challenges with, but this one i ended up doing alone. First round I couldn't find the ghost room at all, didn't hear a single sound decided to just call it a shade and leave - it was a Thaye. next try i found the ghost room and got all 3 evidence to find out this ghost was actually a shade, 3rd & 4th try ended up getting a Yokai and a Moroi and got their evidence pretty quickly
Today while doing this challenge with my friends we spent well over an hour just trying to find the Ghost room, due to the extremely low interactions we would hear a phone ring once every 20 minutes taunting us and making us go into a wild goose hunt when finally after we split up, I walked into a room opposite where we thought the phone was ringing from and even worse it took another 30 minutes to get the dots due to it being a Goryo
Hey Insym! Did you see that The Complex, Expedition came out yesterday? It was made by the same guy who made The Complex Found Footage (backrooms). It’s SO good. I hope you play it soon! I wanna see your reaction to it.
1st ghost -Twins took awhile to find (upstairs toilet) but got twinteraction… 2nd ghost Moroi found easily (right side classroom) gave all three evidence then left … 3rd deo classroom next to library easily found gave all three evidence including special SB response lucky runs for this i think
Yesterday I spent 20 minutes on this challenge with nothing, then decided to leave with shade, turns out it is indeed a shade. What a pain
Same for me but it was a hantu
Same for me but it was a Deogen
Same for me but it was your mum
For me its a Mare...
@@tarantulatar1410 You kiss my mother with that mouth?
I would definitely describe this challenge as painful! My first round I had the bad luck to get a Wraith that teleported to me and touched a door near the entrance. At least I did it, but it felt like punishment.
I feel your pain, I had phantom, phantom, banshee. It was impossible to find the right room. And on the banshee it literally followed us around the top floor. We never did find the orbs.
Our first two ghosts were very cooperative, but then the third one apparently was on vacation in another country.
We couldn't figure it out at first, so we took this challenge to Tanglewood where be easier to find the room on a really small mattress so we could explore the settings. We figured out that it was extremely high interaction with no sanity drain. From there, we didn't even use the flashlights, we just we ran around with an EMF detector and stuffed are other slots with evidence items. love when he talks about old phas because he gives me memories of it, it was so fun back then and just keeps getting better
Definitely one of the slower challenges, I’ve nicknamed it “Realistic ghost hunting.” I got a Hantu two times in a row, and then a shade for my final one.
First two ghosts were super easy, they touched doors that were closed to me, but the third one decided to hide in a doorless room. Oh, the pain...
I was just going to say this but saw your comment. People on the stream chat were saying Obake immediately but Insym didn't see it.
@@areolata I was there too and I think he did see people saying Obake but didn't know the reason and thought chat was just merely guessing 😅
i wonder if they can create a ‘Truck Dweller’challenge, where you have some time to find the ghost room, set up equipment, etc. But then after the timer you have to stay inside the truck and just observe.
That’s what all my friends do anyways 😂
We Dont need that Challange, Me and my Friends plays like That Sometimes 😂
6:25 EMF5 happens on the board, would've saved him a ton of time.
Good eye!
Where
I saw it now, Wow really good eyes
How can u tell it is emf5 from the activity board please?
I mostly use Sound Sensors to do the following:
1 - compensate for my poor spatial awareness, I literally have trouble telling which direction sounds are supposed to be coming from on these games.

The sanity is 100% and doesn’t go down! This is basically “friendly mode” on the high school!
Go in listening for sounds, EMF and looking for orbs (or spirit box last resort) but this was such a quick and easy challenge so long as you don’t get a wraith. Had a deo, yurei, and a goryo and it took less than 1 hour for all three runs with 2 of us.
“Well it’s not the ghost’s fault”
He’s just so kind to everyone 😂
It felt so bizarre to just walk around high school with no flashlight after I realized there was no sanity drain.
Yesterday, in my first round, I heard the faucet running in the bathroom as soon as I walked in. Got all evidences in like 5 minutes. Easiest game.
"Unless you play with a candle in your hands at all times."
I feel called out xD
Imagine They Give Candles , Smudge Sticks , But No Lighter..
Then Players Be Like : Ayo-
My dude out here uploading every hour daily. What a chad gotta love these rare RUclipsrs
This challenge really was painful, especially cause I struggle with directional hearing. For me the sound sensors were actually useful 😂
Edit: Hubby likes sound sensors, so yes he used them.
sound sensors. 💀
Yesterday I got a myling and thought that was what they meant by "quiet ghost" lol
I posted about mine in the discord. This week wasn't terrible but one run had like a 40 minute game trying to figure out a Phantom or Banshee. It just sucked because the ghost made its home at entrance right next to Gym. Both Orbs and Spirit Box were going to be insanely difficult. It ended up being a Banshee and had zero idea of where orbs were
I was doing that with 4 people and when i completed it after 2 hours i was tired af 😂And the worse part is that there wasnt strong flashlight or microphone
no fr and it doesnt even hunt or do anything 😭😭😭
HEY Insym ! was simply to let you know that there's a new escape to Granny 1 and it's amazing ! i'd for sure love to see you try attempt it :)
Turns out it was Yurei, and while I never got hunted my sanity was sitting at 60% back in the truck, another few minutes inside hunting for dots and I would been caught off guard.
my friends and i actually enjoyed this one, we discovered by accident that sanity doesnt drop so it became a game of "find the shade"
It was at least easier than last week's no evidence challenge
Need some Insym's Enhanced Weekly's, Keeping the spirit of the challenge, while making them more fun or unique. Would be very interesting.
Not even having a Moroi respond to me on a Spirit Box would drain my sanity during the challenge!
(We've played like 300 hrs.)
Second was a really straight forward Jinn.
So yea.
That thumbnail is absolutely marvelous!
27:30 benjamin robinson was one of my football coach’s names
I think at 10:50 i saw the first cut ever in insym videos 😂😂
The one with no evidence last week took my best friend and me all week to not manage, but this one we finished yesterday in like 30 minutes to an hour. All 3 just finished in a row. We did struggle only to find the ghost room and once when it was a shade and wouldnt give us the last evidence, but since it was between a demon and a shade we opted for shade and go it right.
Nah the devs mad trollin rn💀
first and second round were easy.
Was dead within the first minute of being in the camp.
for me and my friends, as soon as we found the room, we got all 3 evidence within 5 minutes.
Two words: Gym. Ghost. Truly painful.
Well I got lucky as well but it would only take getting a Shade on this event to see some real suck as it wouldn't be doing anything.
1st: Demon first floor boys bathroom 2nd: Oni first floor bathroom (other side) 3rd: Hantu bathroom upstairs
I had a shade in the gym and spent like 20 minutes trying to even find the ghost room till I just gave up. This challenge is so painful that I didn't even do the other 2 runs after that
"Nothing happened for 10 minutes" 🤣
8:53 I'm pretty sure that feature was planned for the major progression update?
Only Insynm manage to make this challange entretaining
sseing your pain, make me really happy to needed 4 rounds and the 3 counting was with the ghost in the first couple rooms left site.
1st game: Random EMF 5 while searching for ghost room; guessed Wraith and left
2nd game : Searched 20 + mins.. nothing happened no doors opened; guessed Shade and left
3rd game: Ghost kept wandering to me opening doors leaving fingerprints all over the 1st floor: guessed Banshee and left
this weekly challenge def was painful.
Today while doing this challenge with my friends we spent well over an hour just trying to find the Ghost room, due to the extremely low interactions we would hear a phone ring once every 20 minutes taunting us and making us go into a wild goose hunt when finally after we split up, I walked into a room opposite where we thought the phone was ringing from and even worse it took another 30 minutes to get the dots due to it being a Goryo
spent ages on my first run, gym demon, only found the room by getting freezing when I was moving through it
