How to make canned corn?
NOTE: Let's pay attention to the tricks while watching the video.
- Let's wash the corn and clean the kernels as in the video.
- Let's put the cleaned corn in the pot. Let's turn on the stove and let it cook in a closed pot.
NOTE: Let's stir the corn occasionally while it's cooking. 45 minutes is enough for the cooking time.
- When the corn is boiled, let's fill it into jars.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the jars.
- Let's get rid of the air.
- Let's close the jars with new lids. (You will see the details in the video.)
- After the corn is cooked, let's fill the hot jar and close the lid tightly.
- Let's turn the jar upside down.
- Let's cover the jars full of canned corn and wait for a day.
