    hi,are we justified by works? what about james 2:24?

      No, James 2:23-24
      [23] and the Scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness”-and he was called a friend of God. [24] You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone.” Righteousness before, Isaac, before circumcision before the law of Moses. Abraham believed God could raise the dead, this is why he was willing to sacrifice Isaac, he believed God and that was demonstrated by his works. James is teaching real faith vs said faith.
