    I'm finding your videos so inspiring. I have a particularly nice smelling orange jasmine (Murraya paniculatta) that I've been brainstorming ways to extract flavour from. Definitely going to try cold infusion on blooms that will open in the next day or so.

      Thanks so much, that sounds really cool. Yeah cold infusion is often meh first go to thing to test for delicate flavours but wanting to avoid excess tannins. Even with distilling equipment etc here I often find simple techniques are most effective
