I bought a new black GT in '92 and instantly removed those OEM 5-spoke Pony wheels and replaced them with 16" Enki black mesh wheels like the gold ones in this video. Always loved that look
I had total confidence in y’all cutting the tree and it not landing on the shop … yall good ole country boys like alot of us are here in east Tn .. we do everything ourselves !!!
I do love the look of the mesh wheels on both the Carbon Fox and Retro Fox. That said, I wonder how they would look if the mesh was silver to match the bottom portion of the cars as opposed to gold. They look great, regardless of my OCD...lol!
If you wanted to go back in time to have the look that was 👁conic. It’s got to be the 87 to 90 GT turbine wheels 😅in clean silver. The 91 ponies also gets a nod. Easy to clean 🧼 and wax unlike the Turbines. But the 93 cobras 🐍 were the ultimate Mustang wheels 🛞 to have. Makers makes a better repro though of the 93 Cobra wheel.
I love your stuff, brother. Just started a new thing to get back into creating. The old channel is around, but I've locked myself out of it....😂 Anyway, Anderson is a little special to me. A very special lady (my grandma) bought her cars there... Greetings from the Shoals. Thanks for inspiring me to get back into this shit.
You know all the retro you do, you're gonna need some ICE hammers. Lol ghost issue sounds more like fuel issue. Almost like the lines trying to drain or gttin air bubbles from pinhole leak or something. If your getting popping during accel or cruise, maybe it's not fuel issue, then it sounds like cam timing, loose timing chain or something. 65 shouldn't have computer anything unless you did one of the standalones. I missed a few of those episodes. If computerized in anyway, loose connection will give those exact symptoms. I had an SCT chip on a 2000v6 and if you didn't tape it in place it shorted the ECU and did the same thing.
Little advise if you ever cut a tree again. The back cut should be level not on a angle. But you got it down 👍. I did residential tree removal and logging. Got a sawmill also so it's something I'm familiar with.
Wow, @3:39 my friend had a 87 GT the exact same rims and car color. His interior was grey and he had grey color strip instead of the red. It matched his brother's 88 grey 350 GTA.
dang, what's with the new model pickup truck--that the ol' lady's ride? Couldn't find a bullnose OBS to make a lightning clone out of? Just kidding, love the channel, keep up the good work.
I don't think I ever saw mesh style rims on one of those back in the 90s. I was living in the south at the time and it was five stars in the late 80s and deep-dish wires, AKA the low rider euro look in the early 90s.
I got a driver's side glass if ya need it hit me up we can work out the details. Edit almost forgot those wheels look sick on the carbon fox best one's for that car imo.
I am currently restoring a 66’ mustang coupe myself. I seen you was having issue with the motor fouling plugs. I am currently dealing with the same issue. I have a brand new fully built 289. When I was restoring the car I put a brand new wiring harness in the car. I don’t know if you used a factory type harness or just a kit. Well about 2 months ago my car was having issues starting but it seemed to flood a little on start ups, and sometimes if you stalled the car and tried to restart. I don’t know if you are having those issue or not if so I would start with the resistor wire. you have a pink wire that plugs in the factory mustang ignition switch That give the coil it’s fire. I ran a separate red wire an my car fired up on the first turn. Seemed to run smoother in my opinion. Do not know if it will fix the plug issue but I would try to see if that help.
Rims look nice but I wouldn't have them. Rims like that are a pain in the ass to clean. Nice Camaro, my dad had a 68 SS Camaro with a 327 I believe in it. He also had a 64 Impala SS..
Love what you do but for the love of god please get that carburetor off the 65. You have a Terminator X on it already, put some EFI on it! Better yet put a Holley Sniper on it to maintain the factory look. I have a Sniper on my 74 and it’s awesome, plus good content for the channel.
Brew2l u do live in a great small town I love it..the people at O'reilly's are awesome people for a long time they was trying to put mine on your account 😂😂😂..I have a question y do u ride around with that duck?😅😅😅.use older guys have older old school 😁..if my old car had glass it would be his but no door glass sorry young man. .😁
Got a tfi module from orielly (not motorcraft) and it came with the clear heat sink for the tfi module to mate the distributor and my car acted a fool. Long story short I ordered the motorcraft tfi and the white heat sink paste part# G104 thermal grease from amazon and it fixed my car

The mesh wheels look best on Carbon Fox and I think the pony's look best on Retro Fox, looking forward for Pop's truck and the Camaro
I agree completely!
Back in the what day? YESTERDAY?!?
This look is timeless.
Got that 90s Mclauren ford look with the gold mesh wheels ! Love it
That’s it!
Love the mesh. Such a versatile wheel, u can paint em any color too!!!!!
That tree falling down brought up a funny memory for me while I was out fishing on my boat. Thanks😂
I was 16 when the 1987 GT’s rolled out and they are still my personal favorite of the Mustangs. Great looking car Sir.
Man, I love how you’re constantly changing the wheel and tire combinations around on the cars
It keeps things interesting for sure 👍
Shoes mean everything... The right "Kicks" will always set it off!
Yep agree. Back in the 80's not a lot of aftermarket wheel choices but if you saw those "mesh" wheels you were breaking your neck to check them out!
I had total confidence in y’all cutting the tree and it not landing on the shop … yall good ole country boys like alot of us are here in east Tn .. we do everything ourselves !!!
I'm a Gbody guy, but this car looks great.
Gbody guy closet fox body guy 😂
The retro fox looks sick with the gold mesh wheels, but then they all look sick. Nice.
Stunning , the look is forever.
Nice job taken that old tree down, I'm a fan of the pony's, your car, your look. Looks nice either way.
Yeah it had to go.. was about to get ugly I’m afraid 😱
Glad to see the carbon fox getting back in the mix

Agreed. I think they would look sharp painted titanium. Just saying

Oh noooo… 😂
Love poppa Ts laughing at the end
mesh wheels are definitely taking it back to an 80's Saleen retro look!
Great job on the tree man!

It still is the look to have!
And header gasket too easy, quit slacking 😂
I know it. 😂

Man that old Camaro is badass!! I’d love to see an in depth video on that! Side pipes are sweet!
I’ve always been a Ford guy, but deep down I’m definitely a car guy. Look forward to seeing you all bring the Camaro back to life!
Loved the video my man

The retro fox and the 17" ponies are a perfect match. Nothing else looks as good on that car, IMO. Simple but 👌
Great tree skills 🙌🙌

Great video! The gold rims with the gray is spot on Brother! I love Papa T’s reaction when the tree fell! Can’t wait to see the content on the Camaro!
Thanks brother! Papa T was crunk over the tree 🌳 😁🔥🔥
@@BREW2LFOXBODY I know that’s right!! 😁
@@BREW2LFOXBODY iam have to watch it again I thought I heard him saying something after the thump lol
My very first car was a 1975 Pontiac Ventura SJ. It did look like a Nova.
love the mesh rims on this car ! i feel so bad for burger the guy is like schleprock with his luck lately jeez
I know it man.. lol he’s having some bad luck lately
That was the shit when I was a teen. The fastest guy street racing was fast 87. A 87 mustang w a Paxton .
dang, what's with the new model pickup truck--that the ol' lady's ride? Couldn't find a bullnose OBS to make a lightning clone out of? Just kidding, love the channel, keep up the good work.
I saw that old Chevy truck drive by the medical center this morning while visiting mom
Always love the videos man !!!
That’s one of the best looking fox body I’ve ever seen.
Them wheels look like TA wheels 8:55 from the 80s and 90s
Yep! Had a set on my 88 TA
BBS
The Story around the camaro will be awesome!
Beautiful
That Camaro is KILLER! For the love of foxbodys please leave it how it looks and just get it running and cleaned up.
Love it
Mesh wheels look really good on the carbon fox
Look at the oil stains at the parking spaces at the parts store. Looks like my driveway 😂
Damn son LIKE BUTTER!!!!!!!
I know your a mustang channel but you got to love some old cameros.
Those rims look great. Concrete is not cheap. I need to redo my whole driveway but people in hell need ice water. That Camaro looks like a beast.
I don't think I ever saw mesh style rims on one of those back in the 90s. I was living in the south at the time and it was five stars in the late 80s and deep-dish wires, AKA the low rider euro look in the early 90s.
Hammers and 5 Stars were very popular

That duck gotta be wore out this episode! lol "quack", "quack".

Retro Fox might be the best car out of the fleet

Ive always been a fan of Chrome Cobra Rs and Chrome ponies 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
I has to be on rdc compreasion stoke!!! There is your answer!
Looks like the wrath
I was thinking the same thing
$2,000 for that tree?!? That looks like around $800 (or less) back here in Connecticut--sheesh!
Fox body tree service or
Mustang tree removal
🤣

Can we get a Verger( hope I spelled his name right) t-shirt drop so we can help support his build ?

Have any plans on selling any of the fox bodies?
That still fucks in 2024
Looking forward to the Camaro content
Foxy 😊
😎🙏
That concrete ain't cheap nowdays.
Have you ever used a phenolic spacer ??
Yes but this setup won’t allow me to run one and the air cleaner.

Does Holley offer coil on plug conversion for the Terminator X on SBF?
They do.
91 GT, what’s the width front disc to disc?
@old man’s garage
Buger just cant catch a break
Any lmr codes?
I miss the poop coupe 😢
Wheel sizes?
If it were me I'd put the wheels from the retro fox back onto the carbon fox. If it were me😅. Your cars still look bad@$$!!!
The grey on the 18s clash with the top color to me. But maybe they’ll look better with the silver now
That was not a obs. That was a brick nose......btw
It's the cap I bet
I did change it. Forgot to mention that
big blocks were bad axe.
Absolutely!
Tdc
Mesh wheels give it bmw vibes.....I'm not about it lol
Berger just can't win can he
Nope… 😬
Looks gay
