Footnotes:
- You can hold the triangle button to perform a counter, but it isn't active until a white circle appears on Yoda. Don't try to use it in a pinch because it isn't frame 1, you have to time it.
- At max triple shroud level, the Mirror Image buff becomes partywide. I primarily use it so melee DPS can stick to the boss while he's performing red marker attacks.
- Yoda's combo finishers have invincibility on frame 1 which also makes it useful for avoiding red marker attacks while stacking on an extra hit or two.

You can also use flashing void to avoid damage. He seems to be invulnerable during the whole thing, so I just use it on the big red circles.
Yodarah is so sick to play i think hes top of the list for gameplay to me

Ye, I was so shock on how they implemented mirror image in this game. I can't imagine how he will look like if we had stronger sigils like bonus damage, I'm sure numbers will fly everywhere 😂😂

Hey great video! What does shortened combos mean? Instead of hitting square 5 times and triangle, do I hit square 4 times and then hit triangle instead. Love me some tiny swordsman but I’ve been a bit confused 😂
Sorry for the confusion. You see how after the counterattack at 0:15, you can immediately activate a combo finisher.
When you’re in that state, his normal attack combo will be shortened to the last hit before the combo finisher so you can rack up triple shroud much easier this way. As long as you don’t get hit or stop attacking, Attack > Combo Finisher > Repeat is the rotation. Hope this helps.

How do you get the 3 stacks so fast at the start??
The boss always starts with the projectile so counter that with triangle (time it so the white circle flashes as the boss hits you) and that’ll shorten the time it takes for you to get combo finishers. This also works if you dodge/perfect dodge as well
Forgive me, feel a bit silly here. But how do the stacks work. How do i know how many stacks you have?
You gain stacks by doing combo finishers, (ending your attack strings with either attack button) and i think perfect dodging attacks. You see how many stacks you have by the green diamonds in the bottom right. The stacks increase the damage and effectiveness of your special moves based on how many you have. More stacks = more powerful specials
No the green triangles are your abilities and they reflect the cooldown of those abilities based on how full they are. I don’t see a second set of triangles to track the stacks.
Pretty sure it’s the symbol that pops up every time you do a combo finisher. You can see in this video it either has 1, 2, or 3 lines. I think 3 is max stacks.
