Early adopter when it came out. Immediately bought the lifetime subscription as soon as I used it. Best in class while walking, driving (or mobile), grabbing key ideas while listening to a podcast, etc. Now available on Apple Watch which is fantastic...there isn't a complication yet but hoping that happens. Keep doing great work!
Yes I used it maybe twice and then bought lifetime and never thought I would EVER do that for an app lol. It’s Godsend for us writers even with apples notes transcription it’s still the best
My only question is can it record a phone call or does anyone know how i can record a cell phone convo (actually using the cell phone that the app live on) and then being able to transcribe the conversation so i can summarize. a lot of my meetings are on the phone-and i'm looking for a solution to be able to record, transcribe and summarize all on my phone while on the go.
I use Plaud for phone meetings - insanely cool. Pretty good on personal meetings too. Gamechanger. And will probably add Voicenotes for solo work. Looks good. Notetaking right now through Amplenote but Voicenotes looks way more usable and so will be more effective. We'll see. And btw for a meeting Plaud can be recording and summarizing the meeting and its particpants while Voicenotes can be recording your independent thoughts and inspiration derived from the ongoing discussions. All on the one device (my Plaud is attached to the back of my phone). I like that idea.

This is a fantastic video and a great explanation of a program I never knew I needed, but it now makes my life much easier. Thank you for this.
Would this recording work for more than 1 hr long lecture note takin?
www.samwise.tech/ -> We are opensource and free forever, data localized. I would love to know your thoughts.
With the premium version, it's limitless recordings, so yes!
Is it possible to create a text file and apply AI- as opposed to creating a via voice- then appending to using voice transcription?
figured it out from their website = no BUT create a one second recording then edit.....

it cannot do it at the same time you're on a call unfortunately

Will voicenotes "talk" back to you on your phone?
Not like Siri unless you ask the ai to read your notes it will read it’s summary or reply to you
nope
