I've watched other videos from Ms. Igo. All I can say is she is super amazing. Only thing stopping her from eventually becoming a dancing star would be her.

Most talented dancer this decade. Always a joy to watch. Loved her on World of dance and really was bummed. First place deserved it in one way and she in another.
that was a crazy packed choreography. Id like to see her work on this now and re perform it. Nice turn sequences. Very difficult choreography. Well done. so young.

other then the small rushing of each moves which i can admit is because she still improving seen this dance now she has gained a great sense of her skills its great to see this dance again
WOW! If not for that slight hop just after 0:53 to regain her balance after her turn sequence, this could have pulled close to a perfect score and placed her 1st instead of 2nd IMHO! 😉 *_R_*
I honestly mean no disrespect and I respect your opinion but I think they both have gifts the other does not so I'm not much in to comparing people we are all different and has thus have different gifts
Dancing is not necessarily about tricks, flexibility, all those components that judges use to define a dancer in competition. Dancing is about expressing emotions amongst other things that touch people's souls, and Maddie Ziegler does that more than mannnnnnyy dancers. For me she does at least. She has a gift that no other dancer I know of has.
firebird x maddie has terrible technique, is lacking a lot of flexibility, and is lacking ballet training. And a ton of dancers use facial expressions, that's not what makes a dance. Maddie is good but to compare her to other dancers in this industry is stupid. Just because she was the favorite on dance moms doesn't mean she's anywhere near the best. Also maddie does the same exact face every time she dances even since she was 9 other dancers switch their faces.

2 years late haha but the fact her choreography is repetitive isn’t her fault. Her choreographer is the one at fault here; I believe she’s so much more capable for more advanced choreography, especially now that she’s older. if you watched her on WOD, then I think the judges hinted at this critique too. nonetheless, she is an amazing dancer!!

Laura Mann She was rushing some skills a bit. That pretty normal for young dancers. She has improved a lot and doesn’t do that now...

She was only 11 then, I think she's a lot better now, she's on a dance show (if that's not where you found her)
