Excellent information on Kheer Bhawani, effectively articulated by D(h)ar & Dar. By watching this video, I am tempted to visit Sheer Bhawani. My request is to also cover other religious places of Srinagar with historical information & significance with experts like Ashok Dhar.

Revived my childhood memory of having visited this holy place with my parents almost 50 years ago. Kashmir actually has been a land of diversity but bound by the true spirit of kashmiriyat so beautifully brought out by Ashoka’s book ‘Kashmir As I see it’

Very nicely covered the History and Importance of a Holy Place of Hindus, in the valley. Sharing of knowledge by Ashok Dhar , right from the era of Rama and Krishna is remarkable. Well done Nissar and Ashok.

These are various names of the same mata...go to the internet or else buy a book afresh on the subject.I as a Muslim was also taken aback. We did not coin this word,it is already there.
