Woaw, I didn't realize just how different this camera differenciates from the normal pi cameras 👀
If you alter pi code of TOF App you were running by a scalar multiplier you can use this camera to pick up biometrics of your thumb. It all depends upon the resolution of the sensor and focal length of the macro lens. It reminded me Kinect 360 and v2

I dont think so they have given the option to change the lens as the IR emitter and lens are fitted on the same module.

Hi~ we have tested Arducam IMX316 ToF camera module and are confused on:
1. There are a big different distance results with multi ROI on same object(smooth plane) as attached pictures:
