Right now the Fever are 46k below the cap, Jaelyn makes 66k, but she is on a training camp contract, it does not go against the cap. Without releasing or trading someone away, they won’t be able to keep any draft picks. If they trade KW or KLS or both, then that would put them between 126k-300k below the cap and allow them to keep their draft picks.
Lexie is a heart player and she should be one of the cornerstones of the Fever. We'll see if these women are wise enough to realize it. I doubt they are!
