Tulip fields in Holland. Lisse. Kuckenhof.

Holland is known worldwide for its tulips and other flowers. Hundreds of thousands of tourists from all over the world annually make a pilgrimage to the flowering fields.
The beginning of the flowering season of tulips greatly depends on how cold the winter and spring turn out to be. Naturally, this is unpredictable, therefore guaranteeing when exactly tulips will bloom. The biggest chances to find tulip fields in bloom are from about the 20th of April to the second week of May.
Flowers in the fields bloom for a rather short period of time, about 2-3 weeks. Also, when planning, it is worth considering that hyacinths and daffodils bloom earlier, and tulips later.
We found tulip fields in early May 2019 near Amsterdam in the city of Liss and in the district of Kekenkof Park.
