    My age is 22 yrs and i want to hold them for 25 to 30 years. Are they good funds or should i change them. Its been 6 months m investing in these funds.

      That depends on various aspects. If you can generate more returns that what you are paying as interest then invest otherwise prepay the loan.

    Sir, agar home loan 12.25% se liya hai 21.5 years ke liye aur wo initial stage me hai to kya hum personal loan (15% interest wala) 2 lakh ka 3 saal ke liye lekar home loan prepay kare, 3 saal baad phir se 2 lakh ka personal loan lekar home loan prepay kare to fayda hoga kya? suggest me.
    Sir aap calculation kariye aur is subject par detail me aap video bana sakte hai.

I hav taken loan of 45L for 20yrs and EMI started since May 2018. I don't have any other loans pending or urgent priority. So do u advise if I should prepay 12L (as it is very early stage of tenure now) or should I think of other investment options? Thanks a lot!!!

Mera Home loan amount 11 lack 2015 me liya tha. 5 years complete huye hai still my home loan amount outstanding 10,11,000 pending hai. 10.25 interest rate se chal Raha hai sir... Foreclosure krna benifit hoga ya balance transfer 7 percent se.... Foreclosure me outstanding amount me kuch Kam hogi ya same rahegi. Foreclosure me discount milta hai ya nahi sir. Loan GIC home finance company se hai. Pls give some suggestions...

      I can't suggest this without calculating everything.
      But Pre-payment is a good choice if you have the funds.

    Sir loan 2016 me agar liya hai 2080000 ka abhi 2019 me outstanding 1700000 tak hai aur pass surplus amt 1100000 ka hai and koi air loan nahi chalu hai plus koi car loan ya jaisa bada expenditure near future me nahi aa raha to kya prepay karna chahiye ya invest karna chahiye ..agar prepay karna hai to kitna kare us surplus se and invest kitna aur kis instrument me kare..plz suggest

    I feel there is one mistake here.. The total payout within a year would be 10 lacs down payment + 3.2 lacs interest for 1 year.. so the return % will be 32% rather then 43%... Guide me if i am wrong here

    Sir mera 8 lakh kaa home loan hai jo maine SBI bank mese liya hai 5 saal pehla ab mera 3lakh 50 thousand kaa EMIs baki hai ab mere pass surplus money hai 3.50 lakh to muje loan prepay karna hai par bank vale bol rahe hai tumhe extra 22000 bharna hoga home loan insurance kaa or home loan insurance maine liya nahi hai bank wale bol rahe hai ki home loan insurance aapko 4000 kaa diya gaya hai or uska 18000 interest hai total 22000 bharna padega

    If i want pre pay so how should be the re payment schedule be re scheduled? I mean increase the emi amount or decrease the tenure? Plz guids tia

      The choice of lowering the EMI and keeping more money in hand may sound tempting. But it is best to reduce the tenure of the loan, provided you can afford it.

    Why we are not considering the TAX we have to pay on the Interest we earn, if we invest prepay amount in other Investments like MF, FD etc

    My home loan is on my name but property is on my mother name so i cannot get the tax benefit so what should i do??can you suggest better option.
