Jag kan inte så mycket om armbrytning, men ska man döma av ansiktsuttrycken då dom pushade på lite så verkade den där Tarasaitis kolugn mest hela tiden. Såg ut att ha fullständig kontroll över vartenda situation och kunde prata helt avslappnat om alternativa taktiker i de flesta lägen medans både Magnus och David (Framförallt David förstås) nästan förvånat tryckte i, grimasierande, utan att det hände något i många lägen. Men det var ju ingen match eller så...
Mindaugas' physique/arms look like those of a pretty much a regular guy. Showing that one doesn't need to be a monstrous dude with Popeye arms to be a beast of an armwrestler!
I have very recently discovered the amazing sport that is arm wrestling. And as a fan and Swede I would really want Magnus to make a comeback or at least for a super match. Would have been really cool!
Finns många bra klubbar i sverige ni kan åka och träna med. Till exempel Storuman, Skänninge, Göteborg armsport, listan är lång. Men jag tror att den bästa teknik hjälpen man kan få är att åka till Janis Amolins och träna med deras gäng

Pound for pound he is one of the best. Then take guys like larratt genadi or levon the leveles to the sport is insane. Imagine pulling one of them. They will give anyone a bad day really quickly. I pulled hutchings at and expo that dude was so strong. Im pretty good i couldnt do anything not anything at all he didnt move a hair. It was like grabbing a tree trunk. I saw him in orlando he is unbelievable. Niel pickup is super good too. Most do not know it in his day he was tremendously good. I wish i could have seen cleave dean and lupkes in thier prime . Lupkes was just a mountain of muscle. Currently i started training i can wait to see where i can go. Minda has come back from some crazy matches. It is crazy to recover and win when it looks one sided for 80% of the match. He is truly great
Do not get it twisted yall… Mindaugas is not small. I guarantee if you meet him person, he’s gonna be much bigger than you thought. His frame and bone structure will surprise you.
You should go train with Emil Ekström hes a pretty strong swedish ArmWrestler and hes Chance Shaws buddy. Tobias Sporrong also another strong swedish Armwrestler with very strong grip and strong Left Hand.
Triage. Try to start with your forearm more vertical. You are so low because you are so long. I have a similar problem, but there's ways around that when pulling against shorter levers.
So happy and proud over our Swedish gigant king of power sports. And my lord he is still Hugh and in reality when you stand dude to side with him, well I just think of the old Viking legend of the gigantic berserker defending a whole bridge by him self against a nother army trying to get over!

magnus strict curling a normal barbell 140kg for 4 is still one of the sickest thing I have seen. Thats almost hard deadlifting
