there are actually 4 of the molds with a fold, but I'm hoping they will straighten out, if not I will do a return and have no problem returning them but won't pay the return shipping since it is because of their packaging - I have never had them request payment for returns but have heard others say they did @@pamsykes5507

omg loving these molds my ears pricked up when you were talking retro * yeah i am a 60's born girl lol * i too also remember getting stuck on them chairs too ROFL . at 32:43 when you held up that clock mold i nearly fell off my chair. I remember having one of those in the house where i grew up the spikes where made of wood as was the face and the numbers were gold.
What is the best way to hang resin crafts? I see so many wall hangings being made but they never show exactly how to have it. I get a lot of molds from temu but I love watching you open your Temu packages. I get to see the size of the molds.
I use metal hangers that I got on Amazon years ago lol and glue them with e6000 glue

Watching you is like me looking in a Mirrow because you have the same mind set as me I also make & the thing I like doing most is makeing all my pieaces unique I never ever make 2 the same like I told you earlier I have been designing cards, jewelry, pet items, gifts ect for the British Charity . P.D.S.A. for 16 Years they keep 100% of all the money they sell my things for I Feil if people are good enough to buy my things they deserve to buy something that no 1 else will ever have. Also like you when I'm shopping for moulds I always see in my mind what I will do with that mould, Craft item on line, in shops I can't seem to help it when I pick something up all kinds of ideas whirl I'm my mind when I'm in charity shops looking for stuff I can take apart to use for my crafts ideas just whirl round my head to me I'm helping 1 charity by buying jewelry I can take apart to use even glasses I can use to build things in ect then that item I buy & make something else helps the .P.D.S.A. also so best of both worlds

You were wondering what you were going to make for the Back of the Large Owl Clock you mentioned maybe a eassel why don't you get a big plate stand mould so the Own can stand in the stand when made or you could make some kind of block and stick it onto the bottom back of the Owl

Great molds. What is the best clay to work with for use in molds then put in resin?
Hi Coral and TY, My go-to to use as filler or accent pieces inside resin would be Kato polymer Clay - It is the hardest to condition but it is the strongest clay out there - My go-to for sculpting would be Sculpey souffle, it's very easy to condition, and soft and easy to work with but is very strong and durable after baking, the next one is fimo, then Premo - the one I absolutely would not use for anything and this is from experience lol is the original Sculpey, it will not hold up, breaks very easy, is brittle after awhile, and since I make everything as if I was going to sell it to someone, I would never use a defective product, even for my personal use 😍 Lol probably more info than what you wanted 😂
Actually you don't have to buy the resin that Bends you can use regular resin and you just take it out after like 5 to 6 hours and it still sticky and you bend it over anything that you want it to adhere to...
The kind I was talking about was UV resin that stayed soft but not sticky - when taking thin epoxy pieces out while still soft distorts them and if using soft cure UV resin you wouldn’t have that issue
I have seen other videos with people that used his regular resin and it doesn't harden all the way and they take it out like within 6 hours and they're able to mold it against something....
Can you please tell me how you find these molds on to move because I have not been able to find them!!!
What I was talking about was using very thin pieces to use as accents and when its that thin epoxy that is still sticky will distort when removing, if you are talking about thicker pieces that are just round or square and they remove it to make into a bowl or different shape then yes that is very doable, but of course this has just been my experience when I have tried it 😍😍@@cathyhall7457

I have never been interested before in resin pouring, but since following your videos, I am really tempted to give it a go. Also, how would you incorporate a photograph into your resin if needed? I thought about a heart mould and wondered would the resin ruin the photograph. I am an avid watcher now of all your videos. Thank you

First Ashley's video, yes you can go LIVE with it. HOWEVER, you have to do a split screen OR screen share and I don't think RUclips has that feature.
StreamYard allowed screen share, that means you sign into/onto your phone AND then your computer OR another device and invite your second device to share the screen.
I've never done it before because I was too chicken to try LOL.
THAT being said IF you just want chat to be available then, YES a Premier is the way to go.
ANYONE who comes to the PREMIER's scheduled time can CHAT while it is active.

I used to (when I was very young like 4/5) would run my fingers down the metal supports for the legs.
SOMETIMES I would get my fingers stuck.....I finally quit doing it LOL, I think I did it after the first time just to see how long I COULD do it without getting stuck.
That clock my grandmother had a larger gold one, when you showed the mold I was like I KNOW that clock, yep mawmaw had one!

I forgot to say, I noticed a lot of the molds on Temu are getting to the point they are only a couple of dollars cheaper than Amazon.
Several I want aren't even a couple of dollars cheaper, they are only $1.00 to a few cents.
I'd rather order from Amazon, get it faster, and in a box!

I am not sure it worked for me when mine came in folded - I used it in resin - I put it inside a heavy book for a couple of days to remove the fold as much as possible then layed it on my resin sticky side up (oh the side you lay down normally to transfer, that side up, used my heat gun and smoothes it out while applying the heat with a small silicone spatula @@dawnrosch8861

I am solo sorry if everyone is getting sick of me commenting I just thourt as you all, most of you are crafter that if any of 1 see a mould on here & wonder how they turned out, ect befor you buy that mould, ide want to know that's why I'm commenting as much . I have the 3. See no , Hear no, Speak no Evil Skulls. I have done all 3 a number to times as well as turning out Beautifull with lots of details onnthe whole of the moulds the Resn gos into ever nuck & cranny very easy dost trap air bubbles, it's not flimsy, demolds very easy dosnt take too much resin. When it's demolded the inside of the skull is deep, wide enough but not all the way to bottom of skull so still stable enough to put a small but not tiny plant as well as to put pens, pencils in it without them topping out if there is just 1 or 2 stood in it. looks cool with medium epoxey eyes in them you know the 1s I mean you buy them in packs different types like dragons ect

Ha, ha, ha I'm also addicted to moulds. for 16 Years I have been designing & handmakeing cards, jewelry, pet items, gifts, ect for the British Animal Charity .P.D.S.A. also make things for my family, friends for Xmas, Birthdays I am self taught & watch influencers like yourself on you tube then put my own spin on things. I've been doing Resin for just over 2 years I have well over 1000 moulds how I keep track I have a A4 Book I have different sections .e.g. Animals, Fantasy, Trays & coasters ect then every mould I put a number on that mould packet with a stick on sticker & write on it what it is .e.g. Horce shape tray then I write the number with the item name onto the page in the A4 Book each item that belongs in that section them each category mould has its own container so if I want to make that Horse tray I look in my A4 Book look at the Animal Section then I find the Animal category page when I find the Horse tray & it's number I go to my Animal Mould container & look for the number on the mould with the Horse Tray also written on the sticker on the mould. It helps me keep record what moulds I have so if I for .e.g. want to make something Animal theme I look in my A4 Book look at the Animal Section & I can see all the Animal type moulds I have. at times I get a surprice because I can come across a mould I forgot I had

You could be allergic to the gloves you're using. Maybe a latex allergy? If you haven't already, try nitrile gloves. That's the only kind I can use.
I'm not allergic to latex I got tested - I'm have been using nitrile gloves for months It was the UV Resin I was using which I am no longer using😍

Well he's Steve McDonald, so guess he can do what he wants, but I personally would never put an unpainted piece of resin up for sale, since they are not that easy to paint - now plaster ( which is what resincrete really is, is another thing all together - It would be very paintable @@dawnrosch8861
Okay just went to watch cause I couldn't believe he was selling unpainted resin pieces and he is Not - What he is making and selling is ResinCrete Pieces, which are not resin at all -It is more like plaster and I have made several pieces out of of it - and Yes as I said before Resincrete does paint very easily after it hardens 😍😍@@dawnrosch8861
