Drills training (light) for sparing

compilation of videos about my students (from 2011 to now) training drills for sparing to develop timing, distance control, accuracy and so on ... there is no sparing here of course, just light training, the helmets Pierre and Franck are wearing was loaned by "Decathlon" shop for a try ...
