i desperately wish the audio was louder but this is the best abracadabra cover i’ve ever heard. unlike a lot of other groups nowadays, they actually have the attitude required to pull off a song like this without it feeling inauthentic to their image. for some, covering this song would be a monumental challenge. for (g)i-dle, it’s just another tuesday.

I have full body goosebumps! Gidle gets the best covers! Their cover of 2NE1's Fire made me cry sad & happy tears, & their relay dance cover of 4Minute's Crazy is a video I still regularly go back too. These girl's are genuine performers & so talented. Look how far Shuhua has busted out of her shell in the last 1+ year since their Tomboy comeback! She literally was like the centerpiece of this entire performance & killed it!
Listen, I love a ton of 4th gen ggs but something about gidle is so different than all the rest. They have this level of realness, met with a level of professionalism that you don't often find in 4th gen. It reminds me of 2nd & 3rd gen groups. We get to see so much of their lives behind the scenes, but they still do a very good job at keeping an air of mystery around themselves that allows their fans enough to feel connected & like we know them, but to still keep us wanting more & never getting bored or annoyed with them. It's really hard to explain. Just, the way they mold to any & all concepts entirely is so magnificent. They are hard working duality queens who pay so much back to those that came before them. I love these 5 (...cough, cough, 6.) girls so so much!

Not sure why some kpop fans call Miyeon boring, she’s elegant but stills fit any concept and performs like a princess in the best way possible, I like watching her 02:58
I love her but just saying this for constructive criticism, I don’t think she has any facial expressions apart from a little smile here or there, and it makes her stage presence feel one dimensional. She’s pretty but if she had more dynamic facial expressions she’d be even more powerful. I’m not sure if she’s holding herself back intentionally to fit the “pretty princess” image formed around her or if she’s just like that but I hope to see more facial expressions one day.
@@NovaKnight_I respect your opinion, I’ve seen idols with blank/straight face but imo Miyeon has subtle but nice expressions (sometimes she winks or looks more intense (e.g Villain Dies)), I think she does it the way that suits her charm & personality best and I like that every member performs differently (if they were all powerful like Soyeon it’d be less interesting)
@@lhboy7470 Yeah but where the problem lies is everyone else in the group also uses their facial expressions, even Shuhua who was more static before the hiatus started using facial expressions after their comeback and she became more than just a visual who happens to be pretty, but a visual who knows how to use her face. I feel like Miyeon is playing too much into the character of just being pretty for the sake of being pretty when she could also be impactful with more expressions that suit herself and also the concept (after all, she does also want to be an actress, it would be good practice).

It’s the same with their performance on stage, miyeon is the ‘innocent beauty” in the group..so that’s her signature…
Only with gidle stage we can see different performances from each member where not all members trying to have the same expressions…

There are so many Idols doing the same expressions, there aren't anything new on them and they are so obvious. When Miyeon sings heartedly is amazing, (not to mention how beautiful she is) just close your eyes and feel the magic of music. I really like her style and I hope she never changes it

First off, I wish this was way better in the fan meeting (cause really, the audio we are getting now is mics: 20% and the audio: 80%), yet we can hear that they are amazinggg.
