The humming is similar to the sigh effect. We naturally sigh when tired, but dont think to utilise it. If youre stressed or tight and need ti relax asap, inhale and then have that "i just sat down after a long day" sigh over and over
You can also do what’s called a double inhale, which is where you take a normal breathe and then inhale again on top of it. It’s proven to relax your system

Do you think recording and watching back footage is important for all combat sports? For example, I'm wondering about a sport such as wrestling or bjj, where you can spar significantly more because its lower impact, would you still record and watch back each round? Would you do it at all?
