For this being the senior level, I am disappointed to see a lot of these guys don't have nicely developed feet or turnout. Why are their coaches/teachers not focusing on the technique? I would never send a student who can't point their feet or turnout to represent my school. This sets a terrible precedent for the art of ballet, and it also sets the expectation that just because you can do tricks that that will be enough to get you a job. The tricks can only get you so far. A foot that doesn't fully point and no turnout looks terrible on stage. On a different note, the lighting is terrible on video. The entire stage needs to be lit. There are too many dark areas where the dancer disappears, especially if they are wearing black.

feet and turnout don’t always depend on coaching dude 💀 thats almost always because of genetics

There are ways to improve the line of the foot by using a foot stretcher, therabands, point shoes...or, for God's sake, stick them under a couch or a piano. But please...no more club feet on stage...that's all I am asking for...oh...and turnout, too.

@@rowanlindamood4936Yes genetics but you can also use workouts and feet workouts and turnout exercises to improve that! So yes it’s possible for them to improve it
