Life is a lot more free than we make it out to be and there are a lot more options than we allow ourselves to see. You might have to scream and shout and make a fuss just to get some help from someone somewhere, but you are worth that fuss, so make it where ever you can. Don't let yourself slip through the cracks even if it means people will roll their eyes at you. You deserve to be heard. Your feelings are valid. Know that there is hope, and that just like there is chance for sadness in every new second there is also a possibility for happiness. Even if it is the tiniest smallest things that you can find happiness in and be grateful for hold onto them and know that there is a random stranger telling you she cares that you're alive. In one year, one month, one week, one day, one second your whole life could change you never know. So just take it one step at a time and try to have even a tiny little hope that maybe things will work out just fine
