Yes brother, your mom knows, there is no other place like home, where you were born, and agree with her decision, i grew up the 70s in Guyana and for me Videos like this have my memory's come back to the birth place of my dad and grandpa and family.
She's got everything she needs beautiful sunshine, plus everything in her garden from food to medicine. A great way to enjoy your retirement.God bless her.
I agree with her. I love her garden with the beautiful flowers and all the wonderful fruits greens, and herbs. This is AWESOME! Your mom is a very busy person.who is also happy and receives great pleasure in gardening. ❤️ ❤️ Keep up these good works my dear!

My did the same thing, she retired from London 🇬🇧 after 40+ yrs. She’s living stress free and enjoying her fruit trees and garden and living like a Queen.
Awesome 👏🏼 she did well for herself in Guyana 🇬🇾- her own place, planting her own organic fruits and veggies! Looks very quiet there too! Hopefully I can do the same down the road!!!
I do not blame her I am from guyana I life in UK for 25 years I am looking to move back to my lovely country back in next few years after I retired god spare my life ♥

Those walks look thin though. Make sure they put lots of steel to reinforce the concrete. Also, the rafters for the roof arent looking very modern for such a huge house. I hope the workmen can be trusted
Home is where the heart is.i worked 40 years in Canada and my pension will follow me any part of the world.i am thinking of dying in guyana.i am a gardener and fisherman so I will be Irie in guyana. Guyana is where we breathe our first air as babies so guyana is our motherland
We give up Caribbean life because we are under the assumption it is better elsewhere. In the tropics, you can grow food, enjoy the clean air, beaches, live a stress-free life, and enjoy the summer all year round.
@@velettadaviswilliams5517 That's what yuh pension and social security is for. People were living before they migrated all over. Stop the nonsense like they don't have anything. Some are living way better than those of you that are abroad.
Thanks for sharing the video, the majority of my friends who resided in US and are now retired moved back to Guyana for the beautiful sunshine and warm weather. God Bless.
Capitalism, racism and class wars is what's ruining this country. If your not white and wealthy then it's not really a place for you to succeed and live good.
God bless your mom. There is no place like home. For those of us who live abroad, it is our most fervent dream. When you get older, the cold weather become bothersome. Enjoy.
I have been to Guyana and love it! Would like a return visit. I love what she is doing. She seems happy and well relaxed. Eat what you grow! A healthier lifestyle.
Congratulations 🎊 Guyana is a beautiful country , and no defrosting car windows at 5 a.m. no rat race , 😆 cool garden she has , lemons tumeric bora , she's got it made , does she have a carambella tree? Your Mom's got it made in the shade , 😎 Congratulations 🎊
Love this video this is the real living every thing organic I miss those days. Want to go back home and do the same thing. Fed up with cold North America weather.
Such a lovely video Bro. I can see your mom might be enjoying living another part of her dream.May the Almighty continue to grant her. Good health and guidance so She can successful in what ever she is doing. One Love.
First I am watching your video your mom garden is so beautiful she plants almost everything in it we have everything in that garden in my country but she would have to carefull when she is going upstairs watch her steps proud of you both which you bout a happy new year viewing from Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲 👍👍👍
I AGREE...WITH YOUR MOM AND HER GARDEN?! I LOVE TO PLANT/ GROW FLOWERS. HER GARDEN IS BEAUTIFUL!! MY GRANDMOTHER ALWAYS KEPT ONE!! ENJOY YOUR TIME WITH YOUR MOTHER! I LOVE THIS!
Good for your mom that she was able to follow through and move. There are many that would love to move back but are not able to execute their plan. Best wishes to her and pretty sure she will enjoy and squeeze all of the joys of living in such great tropical weather.
I wish if houses were not so expensive to build. I want to return to Guyana and restart my organic gardening. Hope 3D houses can take hold in Guyana to avoid being ripped off.
Do really have no regrets? How is the crime and treatment by neighbours? My folks moved back years ago when they retired but left in 2008 due to poor healthcare facilities when they were in their 80s. They sold their property near Bagotsville. I would not want to live in Georgetown but be far away maybe in the interior of the country, say Letem.

She doesn't need to buy anything to cook her vegetarian diet .But does she need 4 bedroom upstairs. Too hard to clean at her age. Renters would give her too much trouble and spoil her life back home.
I’m the same as you, my mum moved back to the clean West coast and bought land and just finished building her house, she’s due to move in soon.. when I retire I hope to follow in her footsteps and leave London behind..
Orin, that is the way. I m from Jamaica, still in the US, but I m preparing to move back to Jamaica. It is good if you are working, but I m getting tired of the cold, and no sun for days.
