I’m assuming it’s some sort of clarifying solution. You can clarify your hair naturally with things like diluted apple cider vinegar or use store bought products!
A word of advice: look into no sulfates fast hair growth shampoo.

It might have been just the sound quality that made it sound as though she was being rough with the client. Most of them do it that hard lol.
Also, when the lady was using the pink comb it sounded out of sync with the sound. It sounded like someone went back over it to make it louder.
