Combine beeswax and coconut oil double boiled method and fill into empty lip balm container I maked last winter still using me and specially make for my baby to avoid chemicals..... kind suggestion.

Thank you Alina 🙏💕 to be honest I haven't tried making it at home I have always bought small packs of ginger powder from the stores in which way it remains to be strong and fresh by the time I tend to finish ...so I prefer to take small packs!

actually i need ur help.....im diabetic , i need to know some home remedies to lower the blood sugar levels, once u showed us that fenugreek sprouts, is that helpful too in diabetes also?? plz tell me details?? waiting for your reply
Hi Alina fenugreek sprouts are the best intake that one can have! Including Raagi in your diet can lower your blood sugar levels I have shown how you can pre prep Raagi flour mix for making dosa ...you can keep the flour ready and make dosa every day! And if you are used to eating Rice you can substitute it to Millets. Also I can think of green gram sprouts that you can eat the first thing before eating your food daily which is very beneficial keeping your blood sugar levels in control...hope this helps 💕

Won't d glass bottle of Nutella break in hot water?if plastic jar won't it melt?
Nutella glass jars are really thick should be absolutely fine ...I have been doing this for many years as it's very cold here and my kids love Nutella!
