Pie In The Sky Weather Balloon Launch

December 3, 2014 a student team at Wildlands School launched a high altitude weather balloon equipped with a raspberry pi computer, atmospheric probes, and imaging equipment to study the earth's atmosphere up to 100,000 ft plus. The flight lasted 90 minutes and the payload traveled almost 200 miles southeast and was recovered by a pheasant hunter outside of Ripon, Wisconsin.
