Thank you very much! I'm working on a new settlement project just down the hill. Not quite the same style (more nomadic) but that area is fantastic. Fast becoming one of my favourite spots.
On PC you can put in a console command "TCL" the toggles collisions and you can fly around like superman. I also have a building mod that allows me to build while flying. I can't remember what it's called though sorry. If you toggle the menus off "TM" it'll make your HUD disappear and you can setup nice shots of your settlement

How do you free up the camera to zoom in and out like that and get high angles?
