I'm not a Federal worker, I'm actually a retired veteran but I'm following this because I want to know what the impact would be to veterans services straight from the VA workforce, there' almost no coverage on the veterans channels about these impacts. Everybody are making assumptions but no information from an actual member of the VA workforce. An occasional "I have a friend working in VA" comments come up, but these are not reliable. I'd like to see more coverage about what impacts the veterans community will see if the VA workforce is adversely affected by the administration's arbitrary policies.
