Thanks for your comment and question. It is completely normal in everyday speech to use "fillers" such as ahh, um, etc However, at times they can be too frequent. So it is a matter of balance - yes you can use them but try not to overuse them. David

Well a specified pass level at B2, C1 or C2 should be equal no matter which organisation administers the exam and certification. Prestige wise you need to assess for yourself. Check what any university you are interested in deems acceptable. Good luck, David

I cover other tips in previous videos such as the B2 level video. I hope you appreciate that I do not want to teach people at C2 level how to "suck eggs" !
