And once you become UK people and so many tax will come to you. Can you tell us some of your point of view for those people in HK have BNO but with his net worth in HK more than USD 20 Million. Don't you think is stupid to IMMI to UK and get their passport and face to so many tax come along afterward. OR ... can you give us some suggestion how to avoid tax in UK or other foreign country if you already so rich in HK. I believe many people in HK face to those situation.

Furlough 唔係失業, 係休假, 在休假期政府出八成糧. 我自己休假了三個月, 八成政府出, 其餘兩成公司包底 ( 好公司而又支付到會包底 ). 我仲有四日就返返工, 所以對我沒有影響. 我住在英國已二十多年,五年前用十九萬磅在 KENT 買了屋, 五年後已漲到三十萬磅.
謝謝分享,好同意有啲行業同工作會減退,而且感覺到中英買樓文化既分別。我住倫敦,見倫敦外圍既房產會危險啲因為有啲打工既會冇工番,倫敦市中心好少大跌盤,一有就好多人衝去買,最近1000萬鎊3000萬鎊既減左啲價都有人入。學郭生話斋,政府唔會一直有錢派,大家都估7/8月會多炒人,大家做好research,唔好只貪平買啲小城市,記得準備好現金先可以講到好價錢。
有理有據,實亊求亊,不過吾同意到處審錢。沒把握不要為分散而分散
