+Dantiel Barbosa Cloud is most definitely a top tier, and yes I agree that he is in many ways "OP". However he is a character that runs along the lines of either being top tier or shit tier. They nerf him too much he just becomes a gimpable little mac with a sword. Honestly the metagame is actually very healthy the way it is and many top players think this way as well. Cloud is a fantastic character but for as long as he has been out and "OP" don't you think its surprising that he hasn't won a major yet? He is a character that lacks consistency and therefor in a sense pretty balanced when it comes to competitive singles. You can be winning neutral all day and hold a giant lead, but one wrong move and you can throw away the match in an instant. Cloud is not a character you can solo main and has the glaring weakness of being inconsistent (FYI Leo and Komo two of the strongest clouds do solo main Cloud, they also main Marth and Sonic). Cloud can win every match up, but in a sense lose every match up. I understand that you may know the MU, but even if you "know" the MU there are some characters that struggle with Cloud. I don't know who you main, but I'm gonna use Mario as an example whom struggles against Cloud..but still has the tools to mess up him if he makes one wrong move off stage. I'm not going to disagree with you that he may need a nerf, but complaining like a baby just makes you look silly and non-creditable. Whining about a character needing nerfs is a really toxic problem within the community that more often than not may kill a character that may not of needed a nerf in the first place. (Little mac or even you say ZSS are perfect examples). Just shouting "OP, OP, OP" over and over instead of giving maybe some reasons or suggestions to what you think can be fixed is immature and in your own words; braindead. He is nowhere near in consideration for the BEST character in the game, but is in fact a top tier. If you think Cloud needs nerfs, then what about the other possible top 5 characters in the game? A good example would be Bayonetta, who is pretty much universally agreed is the best character in the game. Why does cloud need nerfs but not bayo then? If I could change anything I would most likely make limit take longer to obtain and charge. Forcing the cloud player to play neutral in non-limit form more often and not just throwing limit out left and right. I don't wanna say learn the MU because you say you "know" it...but honestly from the sounds of it..I really don't think you know the match up well enough if you just gonna complain about how OP he is. Again, I don't know what character you play, but if you play a top at least a top 12 character you should be able to deal with Cloud if you know the match up well enough. Vincent Aguirre no he is NOT balanced, that learn the MU thing doesnt change the fact that he is not a fair character. ZsS was balanced and they nerfed her to shit because whatever reason, Cloud needs another nerf and if the game releases on Switch and Clouds results keeps being as dominant as they are, he is gonna get a real nerf, not the slap on the wrist he recieved last time

Vincent Aguirre Sheik hasnt won anything yet, Mario hasnt won anything big after of evo, ZeRo is the only Diddy winning things...he is the best player in the world after all. And the fact that there are ALWAYS MULTIPLE Clouds in top 16 in most of the major tournaments its actually having better results than one Mario in top 16 even if that Mario wins. Results are not everything, as a character Cloud is not balanced. Allen Choi Nah. Ranai outplayed Mr. R. also Ranai has a lot of mu experience with cloud while Mr. R has less Villager experience with a player of Ranai's caliber. It was Mr. R's unfamiliarity with Villager most likely.
