I ate this delicacy once. Long ago though. My neighbour who hailed from Akwa Ibom made it and gave me some. It was so tasty. Well, I just made it this evening. It was our dinner. Wrapping sure wasn’t easy, as you said. However, with i and my girls wrapping, it went well and fast too. We all enjoyed it. Thanks for the delicious recipe
Thanks for this video. Not to be critical but as a foodprenuer, I beg you please no long nails while prepping food, it's not healthy at all. If you are a commercial kitchen, you can actually get sanctioned if any of your staff keeps long fingernails. Please take this in good faith. Sending you love and light
I always look forward to short and precise videos and this is absolutely great 👍👍 Thank you for the details. God bless you Chef T ❤

Looks like ours in Cameroon. We call it Ekwang but we tie and process ours differently. Anyways looks good. ❤️❤️❤️
Looks like our Cameroon ekwang. Very nice
I will definitely try it. Trying a new kind of delicacy is not a bad idea atall. Looks delicious

This is a soft version for soft girls like me😅 Thanks chef T❤
Ugu leaf is very tough & rough. Always use green leaf, cocoayam leaf or potato leaf, they're softer
Definitely going to try this. Thanks ma

Nice soup. Tolani, please try to always reply to your subscribers. It means a lot. Even if you can send 💓. It goes a long way.
I try to. Thank you ☺️
Please ma, must it be water yam? Can’t I use normal yam or will it change the teste/texture?❤️🙏🏾
It won't give that texture.mix cocoyam n water yam
You’re meant to cut the buttom of the periwinkle so that it’s easy to suck out when eating
Can one use cocoyam instead of wateryam
Yes she said that
My mom use green
🥰🥰🥰🥰
This is clearly a Yoruba version… not a bad try.
Aaah, the person who told you that the periwinkle was already cut should be arrested
