San Diego has some microclimates, where just a few blocks can make a big difference in how strong the sea breeze feels. Does any part of La Costa get to enjoy those good sea breezes? Or rather, which is the breeziest area of La Costa?

A lot of La Costa is close enough to the coast to get those breezes. It'll really just depend neighborhood to neighborhood though.
