  • Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routine.
    It involves 20 seconds of maximum effort with 10 secs rest, performed for 8 rounds.
    Every week, I will be dropping two exercises you can do for 8 rounds with the Tabata song to go.
