I was just going to suggest the LBD and then you mentioned it! To me, the masculine edginess of a moto jacket is perfection over a sexy, preferably silk, sleeveless little black dress. I love it also with your red print dress. May I suggest a narrow black belt over the red dress? You have such a lovely waistline and that would, in my humble opinion, add a welcome definition at that point. Love your videos, Marie-Anne! I love all these looks!!! I love how the French wear jackets under coats. I’ve tried to wear moto jackets but they never feel like me, I feel like a poser. 😆 My favorite ‘cool girl’ jacket is a bomber. 😎
the moto jacket looks like one is wearing a costume on most people.
The contrast of the cashmere sweater against the toughness of a moto jacket is lovely. 🥰 You could also add a plaid/tweed skirt as another way to contrast w/ the edginess (symbol of the rebel) of the moto jacket.
I don't own a motor jacket but it suits you great! My favourite outfit was number three. If I would walk like that in our bureau everybody would fall off their chairs ;)
I have a imitation leather moto jacket. It gives this vibe and I'm sure that I could get the same effect with it as you do. Mine makes a side zip like many do. Yours looks like it zips up the center. I really like that. My little leather shop is going out of business and selling out of all they have in the shops. They are however keeping their online shop. I will miss trying on the jackets and coats. I also bought a pink one and a dark and light brown one. They make an outfit look so good.

I am a mad opera buff. My opera uniform is black silk blouse, black silk or wool trousers and black leather blazer with a coloured or leopard print scarf and a shoulder bag that matches the colour tone of the scarf. That moto jacket is quite beautiful I must say. Have to give it some thought
@@MarieAnneLecoeur I do think that it is for me. I am just about to enquire on delivery times ( though time does not concern me) as it is difficult to get items into Australia at the moment. I think that I will email the retailer. I hate people to get upset about getting things to us on time. All in their own good time is a view I take. It is a very stylish jacket.

I like all the looks a lot, but my most favorite is the one with the red dress - I’m going to try styling a similar red dress of mine this way, I haven’t worn it enough. I’m so looking forward to Shoptagr coming out with an Apple-compatible version. All my devices are Apple, and currently installation of Chrome is required to use Shoptagr. I tried installing Chrome, but it just doesn’t “play nicely” with Apple software, I lost a lot of things I had worked hard on, so I had to uninstall it, c’est dommage.

We call it a biker jacket in the UK. I've always styled mine over a variety of outfits from jeans to party dresses. I have 3! A tan suede, a black, and a burgundy leather. Love them all. Try it over a cocktail dress, looks fantastic with long earrings and heels.

DEBASMITA CHAUDHURY I would coordinate with the shoes and bags and other wardrobe items. Versitality is also determined by what you own already. And if you love brown, it fits your wardrobe and it looks good: go for it!

Great outfits... and they are not just for Paris, as it may sound in the video ! France so much is more than Paris :) I have a wine perfecto and it's a bit harder to match than a black one, but I absolutely love it.

My moto jacket was just delivered today! It fits perfectly! I'm wearing it with a white t-shirt, a faux leather skirt and strappy heels for my trip Oct 1st to see my partner. Hi Marie-Anne - I once heard a fashion expert (USA) say that women over "a certain age" (wrinkles!) should never wear a leather jacket, since the wrinkles in the leather would only emphasize her own wrinkled face and neck. Instead, she suggested suede (smooth surface). What do you think about that?
Very nice change in your style today. I love my leather jacket, but hate it when I go out to a restaurant or to work and every other woman in there is wearing the same! Moto jackets, straight jeans and ankle boots. Something that I have always worn since the 90s, but now I will have to change! The same thing happened with skinny jeans and boots over them, we were like sheep, so I got out my straight levis again then. Not to say I don't love the styling, just that we all go in a uniform. Mind you, it is so easy, and that is undoubtedly the reason.
None of the looks presented are me. I wear my leather moto jacket often but tend to go casual with it. One look I like is to wear the jacket with an above the knee length plaid skirt, tights, thick wool ankle socks and Doc Martens 8 eyelet boots. I usually am wearing a black knit top. Also in black are the tights, socks, boots, and jacket.
Also worn with thick winter leggings or black jeans. I do either skinny or striaght leg because that is the most flattering for my rectangle figure.
I like the biker jacket look - it does give a rock chic edge to an outfit. There is a photo of Kate Moss wearing one with a white top and long skirt, along with Johnny Depp. I would probably go for a leather alterative.
I am pale and have warm tones in my skin. Black usually looks bad on me so i rarely wear black tops/outerwear/dresses,etc. Do you think brown Moro jacket is as versatile? Would brown work?

I love all the looks! I just bought a beautiful fall coat, an off white color, and wore it to dinner last night. The bartender’s jaw dropped as I walked into the restaurant. His words were, “you are always so stylish”. I consider that a Hugh compliment. He studies design in Milan, Italy, and of course he loves fashion. He compliments me frequently, and I turned him onto your channel, because you are so current with trends but also the classics. Fashion is supposed to be fun and playful, do the unexpected. This video demonstrates that perfectly. I’m still looking for a black motorcycle jacket because my petite size is difficult to fit. I did find a beautiful red leather jacket years back, from a company in Canada,, I was wearing ion a business trip I’m the USA and as I entered the elevator in the airport((JFK) a couple commented on it,, but black is a must have for your wardrobe, a classic piece. Still looking.

Bonjour Marie-Anne, all those outfits are fantastic. I have a similar jacket to make many looks with. I love your jeans and black pants. I think I need to buy tall size pants - ankle pants are everywhere, but I have noticed they look more like crop pants on me or just like I have "highwaters" on.
I love all of these because there’s a dichotomy between the elegant and the edgy. My versions would be more colourful with a brown or navy jacket. In the last look, I’d prefer to wear a shorter coat or skinnier jeans because there’s a bit too much width making short little me look even shorter. 🌹
Hi Marie-Anne - Thanks for the outfit combos! I have two black moto jackets, both Harley-Davidson. One is fringed, for a cool motorcycle look, and the other is more classic, perfect for the looks you suggest here. I love a biker jacket 😍 I've wear my normal one all the time all year round and wear a cropped jacket with my dresses, I have a short torso so it put my body and clothing style into proportion.

My favorite outfit that you showed is the "soirée du nouvel an." It's a good mix of feminine and edgy. I also really like the look of jeans and a white T-shirt. I could picture someone wearing that to do a day of sightseeing by moto.
