  • A really fast video tutorial on how to install a simple, cost effective boat trailer rinse system on my Shorelandr trailer.
We always wash down our boats and yet the trailer barely sees fresh water let alone soap and salt remover unless its over-spray from the boat washing. This doesn't have to be the case.
In less than 90 minutes you can install a simple set of brass valves, two hoses and a "Y" fitting and simply hook up your hose and even the hose with the salt remover/soap container and flush the frame rails out.
Features include Hawaii, Oahu, Yamaha Jet Boat, SX190.

With out your trailer, you won't be going boating. Here's a simple fix for helping them survive being dipped twice as often as you use your boat. Lets give them some TLC!

Great idea. I have the same shorelander trailer in double axle. Any electrical issues with flushing?

      Aloha,
No. After that fiasco of pulling the wiring out of the trailer and seeing all the connections and all the disintegrated electrical connecting pins I moved the entire wiring system to the outside and zip tied it to the frame rails. The flush kit works well but I'm thinking about improving on it.
As luck would have it some one clipped the passenger side of the trailer yesterday and sheared off my LED so I'll be installing a whole new LED lighting kit this week. It's the cost of doing boating :).
