I used to have chronic back pain and two Doctors said I had scoliosis. I asked my sunday school teacher for prayer and he had me sit on a chair and stick my legs straight out. My right leg was about 1 1/2 centimeters shorter than my left leg. My teacher commanded the right leg to grow out in Jesus Name. immediately my right leg got warm and over about 5 seconds my right leg grew equal to my left leg. My chronic back pain diminished to where it was gone in a couple of months! I give God credit for this healing!
Here in South Africa, there was an old uncle at the Chinese Mall. He had a shop and used to sell PS1 games and other electronics with his wife. Every month, I would save up and go buy games there. They grew fond of me, and the man would tell me stories of how he use to be an fighter back home and how he would beat groups of thugs back home who tried to steal from old sellers at the market. I listened, but I never really believed him, and he seemed to have picked up. One Saturday, I went there, and he told me he was trained as an assassin as well and he said he could put a needle in his mouth and blow it into someones eye and it would be enough to unalive that person. I thought he was joking and so he demonstrated it. He took a needle, put it in his mouth, took a breath and blew the needle hard onto his counter next to the cash till, and the needle penetrated the wooden counter so deep that only a small piece was sticking out. I tried puling the needle out, but I couldn't. It was stuck. I asked him how it was possible and he said its "Chi" energy and I had no clue what he was talking about cos I was a kid. Now I understand better what he meant. The human body, mind and soul is incredible. We are truly made in God's image, we just need knowledge to reach our full potential.

This was an AMAZING surreal video. Thank you so much for the critically relevant commentary and photos and video stock footage. This was an expertly made video that I actually learned a lot from, despite being extremely familiar with John Chang.
I've heard stories such as this one and had a neighbor who practiced something in line with what's explained in this video. I'd witnessed him meditating most mornings, always outside, no matter the weather. I was caught off guard one morning when I'd seen him out in the snow wearing only a light pair of linen pants and a t-shirt... there was no snow covering him, and about a one foot perimeter around him where the snow was melted. Anything beyond that one foot diameter there fell about 3-4" of snow! He taught me a bit about meditation, controlling certain aspects of my life to better control my mind and body. I'd learned to increase my bodies temperature like I'd observed him do on cold winter nights, and at times, I'm still able to do so (especially when my s.o. hits me w/cold hands and feet in bed)! I'd learned to ignore pain to a certain degree (i.e., bad migraines or bruised ribs), but I was not always successful in doing so, although achieving a higher pain tolerance regularly with arthritic joint pain or when I stub my toe. He was a great neighbor, and I'll always be grateful for what he taught me.

Niw, since you learned how to "increase" your temperature, that comes from your core and radiates out.
Now, you mentioned that you are "not always successful". You need to calm & concentrate more.
Practice your breathing to regulate your heart to a steady rhythm. Then while calm, radiate your energy from your head / brain throughout your body and extending just beyond, like electrical pulses clearing any blockages you feel. When you encounter one, bring it in to your minds eye and clear it, visualize a clear passage and then go back to your general being, your whole body. Repeat until all are clear. You may need to add a Mantra/ chant about cleansing your body.
Then, getting rid of the pain, visualise it as leaving your body from your extremities and not allowing it back in. Feel your body relaxing and the pain lain leaving.
Creat a warm environment around the inflammation area while murmuring " this is healing and the pain is leaving" or what suits you better.
I could add more, but that should suffice for you for now and see to your needs.

@@borisjevic6338Thank you for the guidance. I do envision similar actions when I experience pain, and have taught my daughter the same as she grew into an adult. She's so much more capable than she realizes, and this exercise has influenced her to learn more about what she can do. I meditate almost daily, and with little variation to what you suggest, (ie., encountering blockages or radiating the pain outward through extremities) where I'll push it out past my physical to just beyond the aura surrounding me (which to be honest, is still to this day beyond amazing to achieve). I don't recall being taught a mantra aside from using the repetitive pulsing of my heart to plow (electrical pulses) the pain out from whatever area is painful with each consecutive pulse instead of out through extremities (think the shortest distance between two points is a straight line adage used as a guide in what he taught). I do thoroughly enjoy slowing my heart and breathing at times, especially when I used to traverse mountainous hills with a group of fellow hikers who sounded like bellows blowing in the wind for an hour or so after we stopped!

I think there's some pretty solid evidence to suggest that there were extremely advanced civilizations in the past, and I'm completely convinced that their idea of being technologically advanced were the ways they were able to use their own bodies, minds, and their environment to achieve incredible things. Somewhere along the way it's been lost to time or purposely buried. I wish that's the direction we chose to go instead of thinking that technology has to mean computers, a.i., plastic, and nukes.
People mistakenly believe that in the days of Noah, humans were basically cavemen. Nothing, absolutely nothing, could be further from the truth. Christ says that when he returns, the earth will be "AS IN THE DAYS OF NOAH." That is evidence that when he returns, the level of technology will be at its peak, at our current history. On the stories part, if they were just made up then that's that. If they were based on real things then certainly that level of tech had to be from a past civilization or extraterestrial.

@Michael-xf7uu I was referencing the Ring of Fire video of John igniting the newspaper. Kosta was his "apprentice." Read the book way back around 2004/5. Kosta provides a foundational scientific explanation for the PSI effects. Well worth reading.

I had Reiki for a headache once. Intense heat on my head, headache went. I had trouble walking in a straight line after. The person sharing the Reiki said I have an open crown to such energy. She did remote Reiki too.
Some corrections to your info: L1 is filling the dantien with yang chi, L2 is compressing that yang chi and adding about 100% more, L3 is breaking the chords of karma to make the dantien mobile. Yin chi of the same quantity is collected at the perineum (this happens at the same time as collecting the yang chi in L1 and 2, but cant be felt by the practitioner). L4 involves bringing the yin and yang centres together and once that level is completed you can output huge amounts of chi. Remaining levels above that are about opening other energy centres within the body, each that comes with it's own ability.
Do you know that if you have no idea about these levels and you believe by whatever structure, label or God, it still works? That is the "indescribable" essence in all things. So, it really doesn't matter what you call it because truth has no name., it is not a religion or a philosophy or a system. It is bigger.
Chi Gong is definitely real. I've studied it for years and had a book about it that a Chinese Doctor provided. Energy meridians are essentially what acupuncture addresses. With Chi Gong, similar to Tai Chi, the life force is drawn up from the Earth, harnessed in the body, and this practice goes back thousands of years.
Some martial artists know which points to touch on a person to act in self defense. Some transmit healing energy. The West has studied Quantum Physics, and with this understanding we see how matter and energy are related. Thought as well, a form of energy, can visualize its own presence and meditation is the key. All these understandings direct our evolutionary path towards a higher level of awareness and being. None of this comes as a shock to me, but as a welcome signpost that humanity is beginning to tap into the mysteries of consciousness, energy, and our life force. We face the challenges of mastering ourselves, and that is a never ending quest. We someday will cultivate our inner energy with the same way we challenge and train our physical bodies. The inner work is just as crucial for wellness.

About the strangest unexplainable thing I have experienced is having an argument with my college roommate and the loader our voices got the more the TV volume went up. I want people to understand that there are two timelines. In one timeline, we become the beautiful "Nordic" people where we are taller, more muscular, and with extremely beautiful features. in the "Nordic" timeline, we have all the technology, and we can change our DNA, and we can replicate food, and we can grow food, and we reproduce like normal, as we do now as Humans. We have relationships, and romance, and connections---we even ride bicycles, and build bicycles.
The Nordic people in the future are Humans, with immense psychic abilities, and a life span of 1,200 years, or more. The Nordic women are so beautiful that they confound the Human senses, to the point of overload, and they are actually stronger than the Human males on Earth. The Nordic men are 6'6" and with immense strength. These are the "ideal" form of what we aspire to be as Humans, because the majority of people would prefer to be like this; to be bigger, taller, more beautiful, and more advanced as a Human, with a longer life span.

The other timeline, the one that the Darkside has been "trying" to steer the whole Earth onto, is the "Grey Alien" timeline. The Greys are Humans that did not learn Chi Gong, or meditation, and instead, they sought technology, and vaccines, to try to change their Genome; eventually using brain implants, and electronic augmentation of the DNA in the body.
The crude and incorrect technological mutation of the Human DNA, leads to a form of Devolution, where Humans turn into the Greys. They can no longer reproduce naturally, they must use a form of cloning, or they must use "surrogate" mothers of other species to carry their fetus, because they cannot carry a fetus in their augmented body anymore.
The Greys are not inherently evil or bad. But they made some mistakes that caused a critical "Event Horizon" in their future. That "Event Horizon" was a point where their DNA could no longer evolve. It is important to know that the forces here on Earth don't want us to know about the "two timelines." The Trump faction is trying to keep people on the "Nordic" timeline, where Humanity is able to learn spirituality.
Humans must learn spirituality first, before they try to add technology inside their body. Fortunately, we are on the Nordic timeline. The Trump faction has saved a large portion of Humanity from the Grey timeline.

The real problem is always the same thing; 'supernatural'. There is nothing supernatural about it. Nothing at all. Unless you mean 'out of the ordinary'. Yes, mastering to this level is own body energy is rare, but totally 'natural'.
Just do this experiment. Relax and place your right hand down on your desk, beside your mouse. Now close your eyes, and imagine you have to hold an ice cube in that hand, but, since you don't like the cold, you don't want to feel the cold, you want to melt it as soon as possible, so your hand must remain 'warm and warmer'... imagine the ice cube, imagine your hand melting it, water out, as you heat it more and more...think about it for 1 minutes, then open your eyes and take that hand and place it on your left hand, you will see your right hand is effectively warmer than your left hand.
Directing your 'intention' in your hand have make you able to master your energy. Now imagine practicing this for 30 years...but using your entire body, and you will start to see, this is absolutely not supernatural. it is only out of the ordinary.
This is the most simplest "dumbed" down version of what I try to explain to people that they have this ability. I discovered it once as a young adult (before the Internet existed) and began experimenting with it. I was able to give myself goose bumps to any part of my body. Then moved on to directing heat to any part of my body then my entire body. It takes practice, but it's doable. Once you know how to do it, you can do it on command in a matter of seconds or a minute or so. But you have to keep practicing. Unfortunately I let mundane things of life and the world side track me, like working, paying bills, consumerism get in the way and now it's harder, more difficult to do. But it's possible. So when people narrate accounts like this, I don't dismiss them as fake. Thank you for your simple explanation.

I had a similar experience with Chi Gong master. I lifted out of my body while receiving a treatment. I grabbed the sides of the massage table then it was normal again. I will never forget that experience. I was also able to see the energies flowing through my body.
Now do you doubt the Chinese, Chinese Martial Arts, QiGong, TCM, Acupuncture etc.... The West cannot explain TCM BUT admits it works.... This is what happens when you have 5000+ yrs of civilisation and unbroken knowledge..... unbroken knowledge...... we'd be lucky if we live to 70 but to record what a civilisation has learned and accumulated for 5000+ yrs IS ALOT OF KNOWLEDGE!!

What I think is Consciousness Itself is the zero-point energy. These powers are just modifications of that energy in the realm of opposites, in other words conditional reality. They are interesting, but they don't amount to ultimate enlightenment. These are the powers that people can get stuck on, on the path, and ultimately one must transcend these and all other phenomena that manifests as you shed the shackles of our inner assumptions of limitation.

Anyone can do this if they have the discipline, I’m 9 years in on the practice, I accidentally discovered my chi while sitting in meditation and doing breath work at the same time, I had no idea what I was doing I was just trying to silent mind chatter from a stressful day, ten minutes into the practice my body started oscillating on its own which initially freaked me out and wondered if I had a dark entity attached I quickly did research and came upon your footage that your showing here which started me on this nine year journey, makes me mad that we as a society are not taught this at an early age which makes me wonder what else our we capable of… power structures want to keep us dumbed down for control is my only conclusion

When I practiced meditation before, I clearly remember that 10 minutes felt like an hour. I was able to shut off all external noise and hear voices like people talking and music that was there but unable to figure out where they came from.

Standing was 1 hr and 15 mins per day of the 4 hrs. After doing this for 3 months, I sparred, our sparring included takedowns, my entire class of over 20 students for 3 minute rounds. I took no breaks. Not only did I not get tired, but not a single student was able to do more than 1 round due to the pressure I put on them. I didn't even break a sweat. I have done all kinds of experiments to test the ancient practice of working directly with this inner energy that connects the mind and the body. The potential seems endless. I share this not to self promote but to give a frame of reference to my answer. Neigong would only be dark if you chose to go that route, which some do decide that is going to be their path. 🙏🏾

Martial arts originated in the mountains of ancient china - practicioners used the energetic world to clear and fight of dark influences and entities (and they were taught by interesting entities, same as the native americans). ive meditated for over a decade and i could always move this 'energy' around. Like a tingling sensation between my forehead, and around my head wherever i direct my attention to.
I also could breathe with intent to ' harness ' energy, compared to the normal breath. Whenever i inhale it feels like im pulling in energy into me compared to regular breathing.

It starts out as a slightly orgasmic sensation that I move from the middle of my eyes down to my heart and repeat over and over as I inhale and exhale. Sometimes I have to stop because it gets too intense and I hear and feel this rumbling. I can't get past that part.

I once visited a man that i thought was going to give me massage for my neck pain. It turned out he didn’t touch me at all. He held his hands over my body; one at the top of my belly, the other at the bottom of my belly. About one decimetre above my body. I was a bit irritated, sure it wouldn’t help me, just cost money. Anyhow, i suddenly saw a curved line of light between his hands and i said “ wow. Strange. It’s like a pillow of light on my belly, between your hands”. He looked really surprised and asked me to specify and i did. He then asked me if i was a practitioner of his work. I said “no” and even told him i don’t believe in this stuff. He told me he had learned from Chinese masters and they said it generated an electrical current just like the one i described. But only the Chinese masters could see this, no others, not my therapist either he urged me to start learning these techniques because that must indeed be my true destiny.
My ache was gone. But i never tried to learn this. Maybe i should have but now I’m too old.

I was practicing energy work for a while. When I accidentally made a teacup explode, it scared me and I haven't done much since. This was 20 years ago, but I wasn't a real believer until that happened.

I once tried Reiki. I'm telling you that lady hovered her hands over me and it felt like I was physically showering but instead of water, waves of calming energy washed over my whole body:

Reiki is another name for Chinese Qigong
Just remember that not all healing people are real or good. Reiki is not a real healing method. I have been awarded certificates for Level 1 and Level 2 and Angelic Reiki. The people who taught me the Reiki were very Reptilian (Annunaki) and I feel that it was very dark and demonic, and not real. Why wasn't it real? Because NONE of the Reiki teachings are scientific or based on Human health, or the Human energy field. You end up calling in entities, by accident, and not doing the proper procedures to protect people from those entities. After Reiki you feel like you got hit by a truck, which is not how you should feel after a healing. Fortunately, Chi Gong is something completely different, and is basically the REAL form of Reiki.

I have a friend that was training to be a Reiki master, but she got demonised in the process. This evil spirit attached itself to her and tormented her frequently. She eventually found Christ and the spirit was exorcised. She's now adamant that Reiki is dangerous.

I've seen these super human abilities being displayed by what I know as shaolin monk's? What is being described here is similar to the technics described by Shaolin monk capabilities? Scientists in the 1980s were amazed by caucasian man that claimed to have harnessed the abilities of Shoalin monks and he has proven these abilities to the world. That guy's name is Wim Hoff. I can draw out the cold yin energy fairly easily. It feels like cold water or mist coming out of my hands/scalp sometimes even accidentally. The warm Yang energy that feels like electric/magnetic forces is a little harder to control. I can barely hold the flame of a candle still. I can hold it as a straight tall and sharp point that doesn't move or push and hold it down so the flame is short and wide. I have even been able to snuff it out completely. A few times I have been able to cause lights to flicker off but I still don't know how to control it yet. .

No, as a society we are far from being ready or deserving of even the knowledge of such powers which is exactly why there have been so few practitioners of it. Most people do not have to patience, dedication, responsibility and maturity for such powers.
I lived in Shanghai for years and I knew a Qi Gong master that could do amazing things. Another time I was visiting the famous Chinese medicine hospital in Beijing and the doctor came out to provide a presentation on traditional Chinese medicine versus Western medicine and at the start with several of us being foreigners, he asked what language we'd like him to speak, so I asked how many languages do you speak - he replied 12, fluently! He went on for about 60 minutes describing in detail our entire organ system and how everything must be in sync and at first I thought, Jesus, I don't have time for this, but it turned into a fascinating experience

Something happened to me: I went to a church with my parents as a kid and the guy was saying that the spirit was going to knock people down and when he got to me I fell back and lost all control right before his hand was 6*inches from me. I quickly got back up after I fell back.
