Hello guys , I dont meant to say Indian street food are super clean.
All I say is that ,
Yes, Burmese food might have a lot or little MSG, it contains MSG.
but,
Indian food doesnot have the need to add even a little Ajinomoto/MSG in them.
BTW , I am just living near the border of India and Myanmar.
I am not the typical Indian that you might think.
I look more Myanmarese than Indian.
Lots of my people are in Myanmar [ The Kuki-Chins people ].
The Kuki Chins of Myanmar like MSG, but for the Indian side , we used MSG only in King Chilli Chutney ,if it is too hot/spicy.
