You missed one anime Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (The Irregular at Magic High School). The main character Shiba Tatsuya is called Mahesvara(aka Shiva) the God of Creation and Destruction because of his abilities. Shiba Tatsuya is known as a Born Specialized Magician who has 3 God Like Abilities. One of his abilities is Regrowth which allows him to heal any wound even revive the dead. This is also known as Divine Left. Another of his abilities is Decomposition which allows him to turn any object into a pile of ash. And when push comes to shove his sister can release the seals that are on him to unlock his ultimate ability which is called Material Burst. Material Burst can take a single gram of water and turn it into a destructive blast equivalent to a nuclear bomb but with none of the fallout. In the first season he used Material Burst to completely destroy an entire naval base.

Maybe u should add the scene of the mc closest people is like his family that actually had all the eyes (all your list power) accept for the mc that not have any. So, it's like their family hide the truth that they had a power eyes from mc (because the mc still kids like 10 years old, maybe??). After that, mc family being trapped by strong enemy. The mc just came home and saw his family got killed in front of his eyes. When the enemy disappear, one of his family (brothers) gave all their family eyes that given to his brother so he beat the enemy but failed. Then, before mc brother died, he give all to mc . .
