Change out all carpets, paint job and add pool, this is a winner. Love the Casita, would definitely look to rent it out to claw back cost of pool! As for washer and dryer, that trick won't work for long, I would just say remove and I'll bring my own. It would cost seller more to remove and I would probably end up with them anyway 😀
Very nice property with a “true” casita that’s fully functional. True, had they put the railing all around the second floor it would’ve been a knockout. I don’t like lofts but this one leading to that big balcony looked great. Liked that backyard. Not too worried about neighbors & privacy, things can be added to maximize that.
I love the tours with the casitas. I have my mom living with me and dream of the day I can have a home like this one with a space for her. I also didn’t know my dad 🙌🏼💗 So the world blessed me with two boys of my own. Funny how it all works out in the end. Love the channel none of my favorites. Great layout with the good size rooms. Definitely needs some updating. Would remove the carpeting, add some wood like tile flooring and replace the bathroom sinks. Chakits is it possible to add canned lights to a room that has none. I've seen it in a lot of homes. The home you're showing now a few of the rooms don't have to much lighting. The home is beautiful but the lighting makes a difference plus painting and carpets, not forgetting about the back yard.
Nice large rooms and plenty of them makes for a lot of house for the money. Good balance of upgrades stands out for me - there could have been more options but at this point it would have only sold the house faster, not for more. That mud room / pantry combo with water / AC for a second refrigerator or a freezer is a nice feature. As far as the pony wall on 2 of the 3 sides of the stairs, that gives privacy to the bedrooms / bath and a cleaner look from below vs. an open railing so I feel the builder / 1st owner did not really cheap out there. I happen to like carpeting for the lower noise level, which is a plus for what might be a large family home. Never mind the whiners, they want something for nothing with blessing from the Pope.

I guess that you could plant high Palm trees against the massive backyard wall to obscure the view from those other buildings. DUDE for the $$ they are asking it's not a bad house . If I wanted to buy it of course I would shoot for a lower price ;) offer low pay low hopefully . lol BUT this as is STILL pretty decent . Too bad there isn't at least a small pool out back OR a cookout section . WOW I would do my best to turn the odd huge closet OR one of the smaller ones into a toilet/Bidet area .

@@chakits1 I couldn't find anything that would pique my interest other than the Casita. The was decent pantry, but even that had the garage door in it so it's not separate. I think it's really an optional 1st floor laundry. Kitchen layout is awful and the floors all need to be replaced. I was excited for a hot minute because I liked the front of the house. It all went downhill from there.
I sub'ed your channel for sometime and enjoy watching it. Also, I have a plan in the near future to possibly move to L.V. The fact that you give insight info and detail honest opinion is what make me keep watching it. Keep up the good work!

No b.s. won't make you buy the store they'll probably to purchase a separate or external Mic and an arm extension and depending on the model of your GoPro if you can adjust your mic input sensitivity. .good luck look forward to hearing from you..
