I think old big houses are better constructed and designed. All these new so-called designer houses are having lightning effects, glass and showpiece. This house construction cost is not more than 3 to 4 crores and if you add the plot price e.g. 5 to 6 crores, 17 crores is too high. Bhai khud banwa lo ghar.
Great architecture from inside to outside is minimalistic but has awful furniture and 🎨paint theme is not minimalistic and has a lost between minimalistic and too much.
