Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you enjoy what is probably my last video of the year. Stay safe and have fun x
Merry Christmas to you too Captain
Did you see my commentz
You too!
Lego pirates of the Caribbean has one of the best Easter eggs!! If you 100% the game a secret level unlocks and it’s the ride from Disneyland and gives you jack sparrow but he plays the song and people around him dance. Best Easter egg in my opinion
Make more Lego Easter eggs videos please . There’s an Easter egg in Lego Harry Potter 2 where skeletons do thriller
Also the "do I know you?" achievement in Marvel Super Heroes where you have to use both captain america and human torch in co-op at the same time (referencing how they were both played by Chris Evans)
Yeah, I realized that after some time
Same
I thought it was because captain america and the original human torch fought together during the invasion in ww2
They need a new one with Killmonger and Human Torch
also the fact that in this game theyre also played by the same voice actor, Roger Craig Smith
A small detail I have found in LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean is that if any of the characters pick up the cursed coin in freeplay mode they'll turn into a skeletal version of themselves. Even for characters who didn't appear in Curse of The Black Pearl.
yes
That's neat.
My dumbass always seemed confused when it didn't work for Davy Jones "I'm like why isn't he a skeleton???"
@@Bottom_1999 same
I remember thinking that was so cool. Lego pirates of the Caribbean was such an interesting game
I remember finding that Lando and Leia interaction when I was little. I thought it was so cool I showed my parents.
I found it out and thought it was hilarious.
then your mom smacked u
@@garrettboyd6497 No,she did the same thing lando did…
@@buttertastegood9525 she kissed Princess Leia's hand then betrayed Han Solo to Vader? 😯
@@DevilboyScooby Are you trying to make me feel dumb, I’m asking it’s not cool. Most people laugh along with it you also understand the joke so just go along with your day
Honestly, I think the vader not being able to choke padme thing goes slightly deeper, because he DID hurt her in episode 3, by force choking her, and I think palpatine even told her that is what killed her, so I think it is more of not wanting to repeat his past mistake
Edit: to anyone thinking it, yes, I am looking WAY too far into a lego game for children
Deep
Maybe because she’s a girl lmao

In Lego Indiana Jones, in one of the levels you can find a Polaroid stuck on a wooden post of an Alaskan Malamute. This is a picture of George Lucas's dog Indiana, who was the inspiration for Chewbacca, as well as where Indiana Jones got his first name. It's an Easter egg that most people miss when playing.
Been awhile since I've seen the movies but doesn't Indy's dad also say that their dog's name was Indiana sometime in the 3rd movie? So then would it be an easter egg within an easter egg? 🤔
You can find a frozen Luke too
Another cool detail in Marvel's Super Heroes is if you jump into water with the humantorch he will be turned into human form again, so you can't swim and be on fire at the same time.
And Professor X drowns. And Sandman goes back into human form.
In Lego Marvel Superheroes 2, there’s quest where you have to make a robot girl for Nebula because she wants a new sister. After she gives you the instructions, if you switch to Gamora and try to talk to her, Nebula will say “Wrong sister! Go away Gamora!”
Let's be real, when Square Enix announced the Avengers game, we already knew that the Lego Marvel Superheroes game is the perfect Marvel game, and nothing could ever beat it.
Yeah and I also think that the 2018 Spider-Man game was also the best as well
And lego Star Wars is the perfect Star Wars game!
I feel like if they made a LEGO Avengers: Infinity Saga game it would be even better. I don't know how but even the worst Tt LEGO games are often pretty fun and good games.
I dont Care what people Said on it, It's a Great Game!!
@Previously darth now just Maul Wait whut?
A detail I've just discovered upon recently playing LEGO Pirates Of The Caribbean again, can be found in the Tortuga level. Right at the start of the level, you will be at a dock, if you are playing as Jack Sparrow and head over to the woman by the window and use the attack button, the woman will slap Jack, which is a reference to his bad reputation with the ladies of Tortuga. Alternatively, if you play as Will Turner and use the attack button, the woman will wave at Will in response.
One less hidden detail in Lego star wars the complete saga is that enemies will not attack you if you're playing as a non combat oriented droid (protocol droid, gonk droid, etc.)
Gonk Droid supremacy
10:00 Superman wasn't singing the Batman theme in this clip, that was his own theme.
This video was heavily nostalgic for me. I remember playing the Star Wars the complete saga with my siblings and dad before my parents split up. It always reminds me of the happy moments when they were still together. We worked so hard to beat this game and when we finally beat it I was so happy and I asked my dad if we could watch all the Star Wars movies and we did. All my friends and my dad got together in my garage with our bean bags, watching the movies all in one night. It was and is still one of my favorite memories. I will forever cherish it.
Not really a hidden detail but in Lego dc supervillains after you collect a gold brick as a character then they will say something specific for them, but you can find this for every single character so they had specific lines for even characters who are less known like superboy or condiment king.
I just thought it was a really nice touch and makes 100%ing the game even more fun
I think that's a feature lego plans to add to every new game since lego marvel super heroes 2, that along with a line for when you summon the character and a line for when they die.
extra fun detail for lego marvel super heroes. when a character with lightning powers (thor/storm) is charged while fighting magneto, the small bits of metal on the floor will levitate due to the electric charge.
These are more easter eggs than details in games but in the first Lego Batman on the Clayface level titled You Can Bank on Gotham after you blow up a truck with lots of silver crates on it, you can pass over it and you will then see a ledge above you. If you manage to get on top of it by using Batman's sonic suit to break the glass and complete the magnetic wall and then walking up the magnetic wall with Robin (only possible in free play) and go all the way to the left (just over the truck you blew up) you can see a billboard with a character that looks extremely similar to Indiana Jones on it.
Also in the first Lego Indiana Jones game in the level called City of Danger in free play you can use an "Enemy Soldier" to open a door on the left of the area after you open a big door requiring two people to use keys to open it. In this area, you will see a tv and lots of satellite dishes. On the right, there is a real picture of a dog (not a Lego one) and this dog is George Lucas' late dog, who was named Indiana and is who Indiana Jones is named after. The character Chewbacca from Star Wars is also inspired by this dog.
And of course, we've all seen the Star Wars references in LEGO Indiana Jones, like Hoth Luke, and Indiana Jones being playable in LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
@@stevenbobbybills and You can find Chewbacca and I think Han Solo is playable in one of the Lego Indiana Jones games
I believe in the Marvel Lego game Stan Lee has more than just Incredible healing like Wolverine. He can also turn into a hulked out version of himself and can swing from webs like Spider-Man. I can't remember if he can do more but I do think him having multiple Marvel hero powers is a neat detail since as you said he basically created a good amount of Marvel heros.
You’re correct, and if memory serves, Stan has every unique ability available. Good thing he’s only unlockable as a playable character after 100% completion!
@@TheTopHatGamer618 wasnt it all stan lee in perils?
@@Keyblocker yeah I thought so as well
I believe he also had his own Iron-Man suit and Hulkbuster
@@soul_raider7624 that is only in lego Marvel avengers.
I've had Lego Star Wars the complete saga for around 8 years, and not once have I noticed any of the details seen in the video. This is why I watch this channel. These are videos are always great. 👍
Little thing with the Lego Marvel game:
Wolverine also doesn’t flinch and takes reduced damage.
Actually looking back at the video when Wolverine walked into the fire you can see he doesn't flinch, That's an amazing detail
These were my childhood. So glad that you’ve started doing Easter eggs in these games.
Darth Vader won’t hurt Padme but Anakin sure will.
For lego batman 3's characters singing detail, almost every character can do it. As long as they had at least one line of dialogue in the game.
There's a several details within Lego City Undercover on the WiiU version that has exclusive Nintendo related things.
Also in lego marvel heros when Mr fantastic and his team are going to dr doom castle they jump out of a plane carrying his team using his body like a parachute and says, "I saw this in a movie" referring to the incredibles
One of my favorite LEGO Easter eggs is in the LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 game. There’s a side quest that Nebula gives you in which she wants you to create for her a “new sister”. If you return to her as Gamora, Nebula will mock you and refuse her as her sister
Some ee I think I found in rouge company is when you get to the firing range in the tutorial, it will show you to switch to your secondary, and you character says “that’s definitely faster than reloading” which could be a reference to the line gaz says in Modern Warfare
Or PFC Dunn
In Lego Harry Potter years 1-4, me and my sister would play as every major character to see their fears, and that’s how we found out Tom’s was Harry
All Lego games actually have dozens of Easter Eggs, references and really hidden secrets. These details shown in video are not so hidden, but in plain sight.
This is a nostalgic trip I had most all of these games so nostalgic
great video. another detail from lego batman 3 beyond gotham is when flying as certain characters you can hear their theme song playing in the background
I absolutely live the lego contraptions in the LMSH game. They are so satisfying to see
A small detail I accidentally found when playing Watchdogs Legions online...maybe in offline version too... I played as Aiden and did a mission in Tower of London...I got out and accidentally landed on a construction worker's head and she said. "Lemme guess...American?" which points at the fact that Aiden is American in London
4:39 I thought it’d be a LEGO Grim Reaper as he feared death and created the 7 horcruxes to avoid it which resulted in his soul being screwed and becoming the pale red eyed deformed monster everyone knew him as.
They probably thought that was too morbid. Plus, I think diary Tom might well be more scared of Harry, having heard of how he "defeated" him, whereas contemporary Tom would indeed fear death most (I guess in a way, Harry does represent his death). I can't be certain from memory but I think the Tom in 1-4 is the Diary version of Tom.
Don't know if this was real or not but there are two other details from the first LEGO Marvel game I remember, there was an achievement for getting Captain America and Jonny Blaze together on a team that would reference they look alike, and another one where Jonny says that the bifrost reminds him of a road that he wants to go racing down in a go-kart.
"Where did all the rainbows go..."
No, that is Captain America and Johnny Storm for the achievement
@@ryanscheffer2302 You right, I get them mixed up all the time.
Also in lego marvel heros when Mr fantastic and his team are going to dr doom castle they jump out of a plane carrying his team using his body like a parachute and says, "I saw this in a movie" referring to the incredibles
If you play as the Hulk and grab Loki in LMSH1, the Hulk will perform the "puny god" move as seen in The Avengers.
Best detail in Complete Saga is that every lightsaber user has their own fighting style.
Absolutely, and my favorite thing to do was play as Yoda, corkscrew spin attack the enemies, then return to hobbling, feeble old man
Statue of Liberty Winking at you in LEGO Marvel Superheroes I think is a Reference to when Magneto Brings it to life in the Games Campaign
4:58 it should actually be death or a coffin as his fear is of death.
But at the same time it makes sense because it was Harry who killed him/was his cause of death, both times.
that Statue of Liberty wink is a reference to the ending of _An American Tail_ when after Feivel Mousekewitz is reunited with his family again; they go to visit the now completed Statue of Liberty where it winks at them as the family flies by it.
Loved the nice "you're welcome" Easter egg you snuck in there
Lego Batman 2 DC superheroes best in details are in the cutscenes where the news reporter is talking about each level. The reference to Arkham City is my favorite one.
Such a good vid u make my day :)
I waited for someone to do this as well as you and your the best RUclipsr for lego content. I’ve felt rlly sick lately and I’m binge watching your banger vids to make me feel better- keep up the great vids:)
THANK YOU CAPTAIN FOR ALL OF THE INFORMATION ON THIS VIDEO
I like how in the Gwenpool Mission where you play as Quake and Coulson in LMS2, one of the targets as the Dark Aster. It looks exactly like the film design.
a noice compilation of all lego eggs
That first one is brilliant, I never thought to do that since I like the mos eisley cantina tune 😆
I loved the Lego Batman nanananananana meee part and how Stan lee is sorta forever memorialized in Lego marvel as being both worthy to wield Mjolnir while also being invincible with how he’s had such a large contribution to marvel and the world as a whole inspiring people to be heroic and care for others even if we’re normal people without powers. The power to care for others and protect them are true heroes.
You know LEGO Marvel Avengers has a couple of cool references to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which I really appreciate. They can mostly be found in Coulson's over-world dialogue after you beat up criminals. It just goes to show the amount of attention and care that goes into these games.
In Marvel Superheroes 2, a line can be heard where a woman says, "I know we have a bunch of new problems to deal with, but did anyone sort out that poor guys tire fire in the last game?" referencing that one, poor dude (or woman. I've only played Superheroes 1 and 2, 1 being a few years ago.)
Keep doing these there are so many Lego Games and Easter Eggs
In the lord of the rings game, one of the quest dialogs had a reference to one of skyrim's dialogs.
Great video! I honestly didn't even know about some of these. Especially the one with Lando kissing Leia. But I feel like there are some Easter Eggs and references that need to be known that weren't covered in the video:
Harry Potter (Years 1-4):
When facing the boggarts, there are other characters that have different fears. Professor Lupin's boggart is a full moon since he's a werewolf, Padma Patil's boggart is a giant snake, Neville's boggart is literally Professor Snape, and Hermoine's boggart is Professor McGonagall holding a picture of a Troll which if you're familiar with the Hogwarts grade system is basically the worst grade you can get.
Another one is when your playing as Snape and you hide in a barrel, you can get the trophy/achievement called "Solid Snape".
Lego Indiana Jones: We all know that Indy hates snakes, but other characters have different phobias too. Willie is afraid of bugs and Elsa is afraid of rats just like in the films.
Marvel Super Heroes:
When you finish skydiving for the first time, you can get the achievement/trophy called "Falling...with Style!". This is an obvious reference to Toy Story but if you dig deeper, this is also a reference to the fact that Traveller's Tales actually developed the Toy Story 2 game for the PS1 back in the day.
When you play the Asgard level while walking on the Rainbow Bridge, Human Torch says that he feels like he wants to race on it. Possibly a reference to Mario Kart's Rainbow Road tracks.
When you fight Mastermind in the Statue of Liberty and if he takes control of Wolverine, you see the image of him being brainwashed into being Weapon X.
Lego Batman:
In Lego Batman 2 when playing the courthouse level, you can get a minikit by magnetically turning the hands of the clock to 10:04, causing it get struck by lightning which is referencing Back to the Future. Also, during the Arkham Asylum level when you fight Scarecrow, he uses fear gas to make himself bigger which could be a reference to the Scarecrow sections of the Arkham Asylum game.
In Lego Batman 3, the VR missions look just like something out of the TRON movies. Some of the levels are named after movies and shows (Need for Greed, The Lantern Menace, A Blue Hope, and Breaking Bats!). And in the Batcave, there's a sidequest where Kevin Smith asks you to find a missing film reel that Catwoman stole. The reason she stole it was because she thought the film was terrible, saying she knows a thing or two about bad movies. She was probably talking about the crappy 2004 Catwoman movie with Hallie Berry.
It’s nice when video games add small details like this, they didn’t have to and if it wasn’t there it people wouldn’t care, but they did add these details and it makes the game better in a small way.
I remember I was flying around as ironman in the first Lego marvel, and I saw off in the distance that the statue of liberty moved. That day, I went from being a boy, to being a man.
Great Video! Aso when Stan Lee leaves the room with Mjolnir (11:39) je starts to whistle the 'Star Spangled Man witha Plan' from the first Captain America movie
Damn, I really have to replay all of those LEGO games.
They all were truly great.
I remember playing them coop with my brother when we were younger.
I just played the first Lego Marvel Superheroes game, and Stan Lee has a Hulk transformation. In order to unlock Stan Lee, you have to rescue him 50 times. In one of these rescues, he’s at a soda machine, and he says “this soda tastes funny,” then transforms into Hulk Stan. This is a reference to The Hulk movie starring Edward Norton: Bruce Banner is in hiding working at a soda factory in Mexico, but is discovered after he gets injured and his blood drops into a bottle. That bottle is then drank by none other than Stan Lee. More an Easter egg than a detail, but still pretty dang cool.
9:49 I assumed the wink from the Statue of Liberty was a reference to the movie “an American tail” where in the end scene the statue winks at the main characters
Lego marvel superheroes was one of my favorite games as a kid, and the Easter eggs for it are so well done and I found all of them
Merry Christmas to you to captain
In Lego Batman 2 if you fly straight upward the Superman theme from Christopher Reed’s Superman can be heard
I always use to play Lego Marvel superheroes and I never knew that Colussus would throw Logan, that's pretty cool
How does the Statue Of Liberty winking make me feel? It gives me butterflies! That's the second woman to ever wink at me! Yay!!!
I feel cool being winked by a statue
I love lego marvel super heros, it has some many small secrets and references as well as other features that games don't have and I love them all
About the characters in Lego Batman 3 singing the Batman theme? If you hold the character selector on Shazam, he sings "Na na na na na na na na na na Shaza- Oh wait, I don't wanna turn back just yet!"
In mortal kombat 11 if you equip the terminator skin where he’s missing skin on an arm, if you punch someone with it it makes a metal sound
Love your videos and i tell my friends that i found them :). have a safe merry Christmas and a happy new year
No way! I didn’t know you could do the Fastball Special in LEGO Marvel Superheroes! I really gotta replay that.
Lego marvel superheroes 2, when you save Stan Lee in Manhattan, you will hear a guy sleeping in a car singing, "and the...cold...never brother me...anyway......(zzzzzz)"
i like the voice of Coulson when deadpool got turned to a skelleton
In Lego Marvel superheroes, If you "attack" civilians as Lizard eventually he will eat someone
In the guardians of the galaxy game you can visit the collectors collection on knowhere. In his collection are Stan lees glasses with the description of the owner being the most powerful being in the universe, and can be anywhere in the galaxy at a given time. It also says excelsior at the bottom of the description
In the LEGO movie videogame if you put in a code it gives you young vitruvious the code was a different color of text on a piece of paper you got with the game and some codes give you secret pants and characters you can't get normally.
If you go to a snow part of the map without a shirt on in Riders Republic you're skin will turn pink, because of the cold weather. Could be a good thing to mention in a future episode.
Thanks for this year Mr Eggcellent! Happy New Year!
An Easter egg in lego Star Wars the force awakens, on the D’qar free roam, to the left of the shooting range, and the right of the generator looking thing, there are two out of place lego bricks with aurebesh, it translates to “JK” and “PK,” it could mean a host of things my leading theory it’s a dev and their SO
I remember using the whip on her in the Lego game because I was testing it out but I didn’t know I was aiming at her in Indiana jones and then that Easter egg happened to me on accident
I love Martian Manhunter’s Batman theme thing, bro sounds like a robot lmao
Yoooo, love the vids
I would like to add there is a Back to the Future reference in Lego Batman 2. In Level 12, The Next President, you can use a magnetic character to turn the clock to 10:04, triggering a lightning strike.
I love all you videos keep up the amazing work
Glad you like them!
In the seventh level from lego dimensions Doug Ratman makes four “blink and you miss it” cameos.
in Lego marvel superheroes on the “sand central station” level when you hit sandman with water when on the rooftop he says “Im melting! Im melting!!! Oh, wait, i mean Im solidifying! Solidifying!” a reference to the Wizard of Oz
i love this video sm
I found one in Lego Marvel Super Heroes, when playing as hulk or any other big character in the Sand Central Station level and try to rip out some debris, the debris crumbles up into sand.
Another amazing video
loved the video man lego games are my absolute faavveeee haha but idk if youve coverded this already but in the first lego marvel superheros game when playing as the hulk and accompanied by loki, when you interact with loki you can perform the grab an slam move to him from the first avengers movie
Not sure if it was featured before but the part in modern warfare when Barkov tells you to get in the corner and you don't do anything, he just tazes you to death lol
I never played batman 3 long enough to find out they sing their names, brilliant 😂
Man lego batman 3 makes me extremely nostalgic
so funny: u said toms fear is then a add comes up and im like yea thats my worst fear too freaking adds XD
The entire time he was talking about Lego marvel superheroes I remember those things happening to me when I replayed it
I think the Statue of Liberty in the LEGO game is just a celestial that is kinda small but only does things when someone messes with them or looks at them long enough
4:44 i got a simply guitar ad right here, truly most frightening
I remember doing the Whip Kiss in Indiana Jones so many times as a kid
“It would make sence anakin doesn’t want to hurt padme.”
Episode 3: you sure?
Hey cap i found two easter eggs in mordhau, there is a achievement called just a scratch you get it if you take 400 damage without dying 2nd easter egg is a secret voiceline saying I'll bite your leg off both referencing ponty python and the holy grail specifically the black knight
Even tho Lego games can be easy there is a lot of attention to details and even tiny ones that is what makes it enjoyable for me
It’s ironic that Lego Darth Vader can’t force choke Padme considering the movie version does exactly that at the end of Revenge of the Sith
All we really need after the Skywalker Saga hits is a DC Marvel crossover lego game, which would include a majority of characters from both companies, including more obscure ones(perhaps both versions of Morgan le Fay), and maybe lego ghost versions of certain people, namely Stan Lee.
