I love this song. My husband and I sang it in early 1989, just three months after we lost our first baby girl, Jessica. It was tough to get through, but we clung to the lyrics as God's promise. In late 1990, the Lord blessed us with our beautiful Katie, and two years after that, our beautiful Lindsey. He is faithful! Back then we sang to a cassette tape as recorded by Billy & Sarah Gaines. I would love to get the accompaniment on cd and sing it again.

Now in Dec 2019 my baby girl, 36 years old. I can truly testify the Lord's grace and faithfulness is what has saw me through! When Jesus Christ is on the throne of our heart, He will strengthen us to endure all things. What we must all keep our eyes on is this is not our final home, and all glorious bliss with our Father and loved ones who have died in the faith one day! God bless you and your beautiful testimony!
I remember in 1996, I had to leave high school because I was bullied and I couldn't turn the other cheek anymore, and we were going up the freeway past Lyndhurst in Melbourne, Australia and my Mum put on this cassette and I felt so much better. God bless you for remembering.
