For a magnificent moist cake that will linger on your palate with its sauce
Materials
4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 glass of water Milk
1 water glass measure of oil
1.5 cups of flour (sifted)
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
For the sauce;
1 egg
1 cup granulated sugar
1 glass of water Milk
1 spoon of flour
4 spoons of cocoa
half a tea glass of oil
Preparation of
Let's take eggs and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl and beat them until they turn white and become foamy.
Let's add 2 oil, milk, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla and beat again.
Let's add 3 sifted flour and continue whisking.
Let's pour the cake dough into a large rectangular pan that we have greased with 4 pieces of butter.
Let's bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
While our 6 cakes are baking, let's prepare the sauce.
7 Let's mix the egg, milk, sugar, flour, cocoa and oil in the pot and cook it on the stove for 10 minutes.
We take our 8-baked cake out of the oven, let it cool, pour the sauce over it, decorate it with coconut and let it sit for 2 hours, then it is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal. Bon appetit.
