I mean it's nasus it's not really a flex to shit on one of the worst top laners in the game
Why not just grab the tear
Because tear will become a dead end item on Shaco. Seraphs is essentially a shieldbow that solves mana issues in mages. It's expensive and gives no extra value until it is fully stacked. AP Shaco meanwhile needs every bit of AP he can get just to kill something. For reference,
Seraph's Embrace (2900g) is 80AP, 25CDR, 600Mana & (+~10 AP + 400 Mana + Big Shield when fully stacked which takes forever on Shaco)
Blackfire Torch (2800g) is 90AP, 25CDR, 600Mana & % AP Scaling Burn
