Thank you for taking us along Matt!
Beautiful wood and form! I'm happy that Mr. Badreya knows and appreciates your quality and artistry. I'm a bit envious that he gets to see it in RL. ☺️
Blessings always to you and your family! 💜
I LOVE it when you work with metals and wood.
Man, I want one of those! Looks like something Fred Estaire or Gene Kelly would have used in a movie.
Once again, sorely disappointed....who wants a cane that DOESN'T have a sword hidden inside????? Beautiful work, but your client needs to rethink his life choices.
He goes through airport security a bit, not sure the words "hidden sword" and clearance go together
Fantastic, Matt, per your usual. I may not know where you're going but I've learned to just trust the process. When I saw the pewter pot come out, I knew exactly who I was watching lol.
Bill
When you were spinning the handle it looked like a real knuckle buster
Need to keep an eye out where everything is for sure!
Beautiful cane Matt.
Fantastic work as always 👍👍
Thanks for the visit
I think you could make some amazing pool cues. 😮
Very pretty!
Thank you! Cheers!
Perfect 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
0:12: Yes, You are right. 10 fingers are 6 plus 4 spare, no need to bring down the upper blade guide ;-)
very nice
That's a Pimp's cane.
is that lead or aluminum?
Pewter
I suppose most turners turn a cane now and then. This one is beautiful and it was real a pleasure to watch how it was made. I really love your work. Kind regards.
You should collaborate with a forging channel and make a sword cane 😁
Great turn! Beautiful piece! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Крайне много кропотливой работы, но результат получился очень посредственным, при этом Мастер конечно имеет опыт работы с разными материалами.
I was expecting Bling added, for it 😁 Nice cane!
Muy bueno el vídeo en cuanto al proceso pero muy pobre al mostrar el resultado final
bro atleast put some text to what youre doing, i was totally confused the whole time
На вид простая скромная трость, а сколько в ней труда.
Beautiful, Matt! Awesome work! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Ho-Hum
Even though the vid came out 3 mins ago and is 10 mins long I totally watched the whole thing and think it was awesome!
Have you ever made a pool Que?
Not yet
Great effort sir, you are a really great and fine artist. I want to see some one carry this on red carpet
Beautiful! Makes me want to try turning a cane 😊
man, you're cool!
Amazing cane Matt
Fantastico lavoro ... come sempre. Maestro👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👌👍
Did you cast aluminium in MDF ?
Pewter, much lower melting temperature
@@MattJordanWoodturning what are the metal pewter contains ? It is heavy than lead ? Is it stronger that lead ?
@@UnstoppableAngler Pewter is lighter than lead, but harder. It's Tin, Copper, Antimony and Bismuth
Great looking cane. You showed a very comprehensive video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
At 4:08 why did you epoxy a threaded bolt into the head? I don't know anything about lathes or metalworking, but I've seen other videos where they would tap that hole instead. Just curious.
Strength, most woods will take a thread but they are not very strong, the type if glue used here is also specific to wood and breaks down the first layer to get a full chemical bond.
@@MattJordanWoodturning that's pretty neat!
How much would something like this cost?!
600+ depending on what you want
Well done absolutely stunning
Thank you! Cheers!
Very nice I really like it
Thank you! Cheers!
Gorgeous work
Thank you!
Nice!🥰
Thanks! 😊
