I am curious, why was the sound replaced? I'm very interested in this roaster. I'm a home roasting enthusiast, and on paper it's ideal for me in terms of batch size, form factor, features, and cost. I've see 3 different videos now, a couple from the recent Portland expo and this one but I can't hear first crack in any of them, @bunafr can you put my fears to rest here?
think it needs a little more air flow for better chaff collection and more even roasting. plus there is always that one bean that sits on top of the stirrer and never drops. maybe make it pointed.
Would you mind sharing information such as the roasting percentage during dry-in, mallard, and development phases? Also, has production started, and are you guys still on track for May 2023 delivery? Still can't believe we're getting this level of uniformity at a price point well under other roasters that can handle over 200 grams of beans consistently.
The % of roasting time at each phase is different for different beans. We will share that in the future videos. We are evaluating the project timelines and we will update soon if there are changes to it. Thank you for your comment and recognition on the uniformity of roasting.

Yes, we had used fan at only level 4 (from 1 to 10 levels), so we can easily add more fan if you think that is an issue :)

Does it have a cool down phase at the end?
Yes, towards the end there is a cooling phase also shown in the video.
@@bunafr6168 hi, the rods are heated. will having them in the cooling phase affect the cooling negatively?
looks like a great machine
I fully agree with this.
NO SOUND NO NOTHING USELESS
