I just checked out the CSA that set this new policy to limit the amount Canadians can buy in crypto. Their Chairman is from Alberta, their Vice Chair from Manitoba and their Secretariat from Quebec. All three of these provinces are magically exempt from the regulations.

How do you on-ramp fiat to decentralized exchanges? How can you buy as much crypto as you want using De-Fi? My understanding is that you need to first exchange your fiat for ETH (or whatever crypto) to then use on the DEX.. how do you bypass the $30k limit when buying your ETH?
